Aims of this Consultation Draft OAPF

The Thamesmead and Abbey Wood Early engagement Opportunity Area Planning Framework summer - autumn 2019 (OAPF) is being prepared as a long-term planning framework to support and guide emerging development in the Thamesmead and Abbey Wood Opportunity Area (fig 1.1). What is the scope for growth in this OA?

This document sets out two development scenarios that have been considered for the next 25 years: intermediate growth and higher growth. These growth scenarios will inform further studies on how to fund and deliver homes, jobs and public transport, and will shape the future of the opportunity area.
