Apartment guide atlanta ga Continue Connector in downtown Atlanta. Source: Wikimedia Commons with Atlanta, standing as one of the fastest growing quotes in the country, The Apartment Guide Blog, a site dedicated to property trends and home tips, has released a list of Atlanta's most popular rental areas. According to The Apartment Guide, searchers combed through Google data using general keyword searches and combined these results with the most searched Atlanta neighborhood website blog to determine which neighborhoods are most popular among renters. Midtown Atlanta topped the list as a favorite for young professionals wanting to be near the action, the list says. Apartments in Midtown are much more expensive though: The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment costs $300 more per month than an apartment elsewhere in Atlanta. Buckhead and downtown Atlanta were next as drawing in a number of college students and professionals. The cost of rent there are also above the city average, with a typical monthly one-bedroom rental costing about $1,515. The last two cities on the list were Virginia Highland and Inman Park, two cities that gained appeal because of their access to the Atlanta BeltLine. Both neighborhoods have a small town feel like a big city, making them popular with families, the Apartment Guide said. Inman Park's average rent is actually more expensive than in downtown Atlanta, costing nearly $1,750 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, according to the Post. Virginia Highland costs are slightly lower - $1,301 a month for the same size. Go here to see the List of Apartments Guide. Looking for an apartment in Atlanta?
