Founded in 2012 by the Swedish freeski legend Jon Olsson and the Norwegian product engineer Truls Brataas, the company has in less than four years established itself as a globally recognized brand within action sports travel gear. An impressive team of ambassadors constantly travels the world with their award-winning bags, living the company mission of making better journeys through smarter travel gear. We want people to be able to travel however they want, whilst bringing whatever they need. During that week, twin-tip legend Jon Olsson met up with product engineer and entrepreneur Truls Brataas, and the two discovered a mutual passion for action sports, traveling and smart product design. The two-day competition will challenge participants to navigate two iconic Detroit locations complete with notorious urban obstacles – from street art to industrial architecture – by executing a blend of martial arts, gymnastics and aerial acrobatics as fuel for movement. Since an urban free-running course in The Motor City would not be complete without a car, Red Bull and MINI have partnered to include an all-new 2012 MINI Coupe as part of the obstacle course at both Detroit locations. The competition will be centered around parkour, the physical discipline of overcoming obstacles by adapting movements to surroundings, and free-running, a form of urban acrobatics that challenges individuals to perform movements based on city landscape. Both days of competition will account for 50 percent of each athlete’s total score, with four judges marking respectively in creativity, execution, flow and difficulty. When the second day of the competition closes, one participant will earn the title of Red Bull Art of Motion Detroit Champion. Both days will be open to spectators and free of charge. Red Bull Art of Motion was established as the world’s first free-running competition in 2007. All stops of the global series are sponsored by MINI. 2011 host countries include Japan, England, Brazil, Greece and Kuwait.

Κριτήριο; Να μην έχεις μαυρίσει αρκετά, διότι αυτό σήμαινε ότι χρειάζεσαι περισσότερο ήλιο. “Ή tan ή επί τας” το όνομα της συγκεκριμένης ενέργειας, που διοργάνωσε ο Nescafé Frappé σε συνεργασία με την OgilvyOne. Πόσες φορές δεν έχει τύχει στον καθένα μας να συμμετέχει ή να δει κάποια από αυτές τις εκδηλώσεις που διοργανώνονται από επιχειρήσεις; Ποια είναι όμως τα κοινά στοιχεία που κρύβονται πίσω από τις ενέργειες αυτές; Με μια πρώτη ματιά, θα μπορούσε κανείς να πει ότι γίνονται κυρίως για την αύξηση των πωλήσεων ή για την προσέλκυση νέων πελατών. Όμως πίσω από αυτές τις ενέργειες κρύβεται ένας προσεκτικός σχεδιασμός της ενέργειας, με ξεκάθαρα ορισμένους στόχους. Ποιοι είναι οι στόχοι που μπορεί να επιδιώκονται μέσα από τέτοιου είδους ενέργειες; Κάτω από ποιες συνθήκες αποδεικνύονται πλέον κατάλληλες; Ποια είναι τα οφέλη που μπορεί να αποκομίσει η επιχείρηση από τέτοιου είδους εκδηλώσεις; Αυτά είναι μερικά μονάχα από τα ερωτήματα που θα διερευνηθούν στο κεφάλαιο αυτό, και τα οποία στη συνέχεια θα εξεταστούν μέσα από την παρουσίαση της περίπτωσης της Red Bull.

We chose relevant theories within buzz marketing, word of mouth, sampling and events. Our method of preference was quantitative questionnaires which we spred through email to students at the Linneaus University and other social networks such as Facebook and blogs. Our empirical study is based on our questionnaires and information about Red Bull. Through analyze of our empirical study we could draw general conclusions on Red Bull’s demographic and attitudes the consumers have against the brand and their products. From our results we could see how wide and impressive Red Bull’s brand communication is, and how people who don’t even buy their products still know about them and see them as better than their competitors as well as the leading brand on the Swedish energy drink market. Through consistent brand communication and communication methods that support and strengthen each other, Red Bull has managed to retain their position as leaders on the energy drink market in Sweden.
