Animal ADOPTing an animal at the Philadelphia Zoo for yourself or a friend is both rewarding and fun. As an ADOPT parent you will be invited to ADOPT Day held the first Saturday in October. ADOPT Day is a special way to thank our ADOPT parents for their generous support of the Zoo's animals. ADOPT Day includes special keeper talks, behind-the-scenes tours, a cake cutting ceremony and much, much more! To participate, you must be an ADOPT parent.
