Event Packages Evening events include exclusive access to designated venues for four hours where your guests will have the opportunity to explore and learn about wildlife. Packages also include parking on designated secure lots with a parking attendant (up to 400 cars) and event hosts to manage event details. Events must take place between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

HALF ZOO RENTAL April 15 through September 15 This package is perfect for a company that may not want an All-Zoo rental, but wants more than just one exhibit. A Half Zoo Rental includes access to Rare Animal Conservation Center, Small Mammal House, KidZooU, Reptile & Amphibian House, PECO Primate Reserve and KeyBank Big Cat Falls. h Capacity...... 300 to 1,000 guests Rental Fee...... $10,000 up to 750 guests $12 each additional guest

HAPPY HOUR AT THE WATERING HOLE 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Available Monday through Thursday only; Memorial Day through Labor Day Philadelphia Zoo’s beer garden, is a great place for guests to hang out, grab a specialty beer and a tasty treat while enjoying the outdoors in an open air oasis. This cool spot features reclaimed conversation-style seating, fabric shade umbrellas, lush landscaping and environmentally-friendly LED lighting. The chill atmosphere is complemented with a robust craft beer and pub fare menu. Each happy hour package includes a live animal experience allowing guests to mingle with colleagues, friends and their favorite creatures! DOUBLE THE FUN Perhaps you’re having a difficult time selecting your favorite animals? Philadelphia Zoo has the solution for you, and discounts too! Combination rental packages are popular with event guests because they have the opportunity to see more of America’s first zoo. Start your event with a cocktail reception in one location and finish the evening with a delicious dinner surrounded by another incredible animal experience. When selecting two or more venues for your event, a 15% discount will be applied to the venue rental fees.

WINTER AT THE ZOO November 1 through March 31 Enjoy a generous 25% discount on venue rental fees during the cooler months. Events at the Zoo are a unique year-round affair and offer a fun and memorable experience for holiday office parties and customer appreciation events. Bring your guests to the Zoo during the offseason for a truly unforgettable occasion and incredible savings!

Zoo On Wheels...... $150 (up to 30 minutes, one animal) ...... $225 (one hour, two animals) ...... $400 (two hours, five animals) Treat your guests to an exciting and engaging experience with the Zoo’s traveling naturalists and live animals!

ACTIVITIES AND MORE! In addition to world-class animal exhibits, Philadelphia Zoo offers a variety of other opportunities to create fun and joy during your event! h Electronic Scavenger Hunt...... $900 (up to 100 participants) Whether a competition or just for fun, a scavenger hunt is the perfect activity to bring your guests together while having a good time! Through the use of Scavify, an online app, your custom scavenger hunt can be used for team-building or as an excellent alternative for exploring the Zoo. ATTRACTIONS Amazon Rainforest Carousel Riders of all ages will be treated to sounds of the Amazon, while gliding along on animals such as jaguars and anacondas right outside the Zoo’s historic Treehouse building! SEPTA® PZ Express Kiddie Train Your youngest event guests can enjoy a quaint ride on our very own SEPTA PZ Express Kiddie Train, a charming reminder of the Zoo’s Victorian heritage. Swan Boats If you’re looking for the perfect activity for active children, look no farther than the Swan Boats on Bird Lake. Youngsters can paddle their way around Bird Lake in the Zoo’s Victorian swan boats, each one built for two to three people. Boat rides are open from late spring through early fall. WildWorks Ropes Course WildWorks Ropes Course, presented by Independence Blue Cross, is an aerial adventure that has guests pushing limits and reaching new heights! Take to the air 34 feet up to cross bridges, balance on ropes, and climb through obstacles, and take a quick zip right to the bottom…all while safely hitched to a climbing harness.
