I, Lara Johnstone, declare as follows:
[1] I am an adult Radical Honoursty Ecofeminist Wild Law1
Sustainable Security practicing paralegal (subsequently referred
to as „applicant‟), member of the Radical Honesty culture2;
resident in George, Southern Cape, South Africa; where I run a
small EcoFeminist pedal-powered wormery business
(www.sqworms.co.nr).

judgment to include both an Anthropocentric and an Ecocentric Wild

[9] Applicant joined the Radical Honesty culture in 1999, after
reading Dr. Blanton‟s book Radical Honesty: How To Transform Your
Life By Telling the Truth. The Radical Honesty culture is founded
on 100% transparency and opposes all secrecy, including
Anthropocentric Bernaysian Bullshit-the-Public Relations Pretend
Transparency Image Management. Radical Honesty believes that a
significant psychosocial factor contributing to Patriarchal
Anthropocentric cultures reliance on war as a general social
psychosocial release function, “for the release and redistribution
of undifferentiated tensions”6 and the “dissipation of general
boredom”, is a result of its preference for PR image management,

Advanced instruction in this principle creates lawyers who are miserable people. Divorces handled by lawyers often result in children shot back and forth like missiles between hostile camps. If you force yourself to be fair while still angry, you are a fool, and any agreements you make in such a state won't work for you. Judges and lawyers ignore this fact. Judges and lawyers exist for people who can't handle their anger. A judge tells you what to do, based on what he or she thinks is fair, whether you like it or not, because you haven't been able to work things out on your own.” – Brad Blanton, Practicing Radical Honesty 9 Practicing Radical Honesty six minimal requirements to resolve conflict, none of which may be skipped, being: (1) You have to tell the truth about the specific behavior you resent, to the person, face-to-face; (2) You have to be verbally and vocally unrestrained with regard to volume and propriety; (3) You have to pay attention to the feelings and sensations in your body and to the other person as you speak; (4) You have to express any appreciations for the person that come up in the process, with the same attention to your feelings and to the other person as when you are expressing resentments; (5) You have to stay with any feelings that emerge in the process, like tears or laughter, regardless of any

corrections in their minds distorted and only partly conscious
maps of the world, by overcoming societies demands for „bullshit
the public relations image management‟ and learning to express
their suppressed anger and resentments honourably in the moment,
face to face, and resolving them. Our maps of the world are
distorted by our repressed anger and resentment; the greater the
amount of repressed anger and resentment, the greater the
distortion. Futilitarians (members of Radical Honesty) believe the
evaluations you may have about how it makes you look; and let the tears or laughter or pain or anger not be interrupted by your mind until they go naturally to completion; (6) You have to stay with the discussion until you no longer feel resentful of the other person. 10 “Women have a different way of dominating. When women rule, it's part of their work. They like it when everything functions and the family is doing well. Amassing wealth or earning lots of money doesn't cross their minds. Capital accumulation seems to be a male thing…… [t]here is no violence in a matriarchal society…. it simply doesn't make sense to the Mosuo women to solve conflicts with violence. Because they are in charge, nobody fights. They don't know feelings of guilt or vengeance – [In a dispute] ... the women decide what happens. Some of them do it more strictly and others in a friendlier way. They are strong women who give clear orders. When a man hasn't finished a task he's been given, he is expected to admit it. capabilities to find the courage to give up their addiction for

utilization behaviour, as a result of their greed to maintain
their benefits/profits from the Masculine Insecurity Human Farming
War Economy Racket.
[19] The Applicant does not endorse the Left or Right Wing Human
Farming Slaughterhouse International Elite‟s socio-political,
religious and economically motivated actions of encouraging the
proletariat‟s blissful human anthropocentric fantasy, that
„democracy‟ or the „rule of law‟ is the result of universal
franchise: authorising every corrupt moron imbecile, wanting the
government to be their nanny and provide their corporation or
their family with corporate or individual welfare, the licence to
vote. There is a reason 5 year or 13 olds are not given the
licence to vote about how to spend the family budget. There is a
reason why paedophiles are not given licences to run
kindergardens.
[20] Feminism that does not oppose the Human Factory Farming War
Economy Racket, is simply demanding to replace the Patriarchal
Human Factory Farming War Economy Racket with Female Dictators;
hence there is no substance to their „Religious‟ and or „Human

[21] The Defendant‟s verbiage implies they are „truth seekers‟: “I
believe that it‟s honesty and openness, thirst for truth which
will make us a little freer.”27; but, such statements would ring
more sincere, if they had either turned themselves in to the
authorities and/or immediately admitted their participation, and
plead to political necessity as justification for their innocence
for their politically motivated criminal acts.
[22] The trial does not seem to have been a free and fair trial for
the Judge, the Prosecution (victims) or the Defendants, as a
result of parties with access to publicity power, and media who
have used their publicity power, not in the interests of reporting
impartially about the trial, but instead in service to abusing
their publicity power as part of the Left vs. Right Wing blame
game Propaganda war, to undermine the credibility of the court‟s
decisions, as a result of public ignorance of all the arguments
and evidence submitted to the court.
[23] The media‟s abuse of their publicity power and focus on
anthropocentric propaganda warfare result in the public‟s total
ignorance of problem solving opportunities, thereby reducing the
courts credibility in the eyes of the public, and forces the

McBride as a „murderer‟ was considered as „defamation‟, because it
was false.
[28] Two expert witness affidavits were submitted in support of the
Applicants Amicus Curiae (PDF29): One from Dr. Brad Blanton
(PDF30), supporting the Radical Honesty argument of South Africa‟s
Truth and Reconciliation fraud; and the second one from Dr.
Michael Maher (PDF31), on the media‟s censorship of the
population-environment connection32, thereby driving public
ignorance of Ecocentric perspective to our social, political and
economic problems, in this Concourt argument: South Africa‟s Truth
and Reconciliation Fraud and its consequences.
[29] Applicant‟s Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security Amicus

01 2 interpretation of TRC Social Contract and the Amicus brief argued that South Africa‟s Truth and Reconciliation Hearings were a fraud, as a result of their Anthropocentric Left vs. Right / white vs. black wing blame game focus, and absence of an Ecocentric root cause problem solving focus. Arguments included: (1) The TRC
Social Contract avoids providing key definitions, is vague and ambiguous on fundamental culturally conflicting concepts, such as
„forgiveness‟, „closure‟, „national unity‟, „reconciliation‟ etc.
(2) The definition and meaning of Amnesty was changed, subsequent to Interim Constitution, and prior to TRC Act, without due Process to all parties; (3) SA‟s TRC Fraud analysis in accordance with

Amicus Analysis of Evidence concludes: The ANC had no Proper
Authority, No Right Intention, No Reasonable Prospects of Just War
Success, its Desired End was not proportional to the Means Used; and its declaration of war was not a last resort. Finally, under
Post Bellum principles, the ANC‟s Promises of Amnesty were reneged upon, destroying all trust in future multi-cultural political agreements for minority cultures. Consequently: Truth and
Reconciliation was not seen to be done. The Commission was biased, skewed and not remotely interested in addressing root cause problems of ecological and overpopulation / resource scarcity for a better holistic understanding of Apartheid violence, nor in rainbow struggle perspectives, ignoring blatantly obvious

Consequently in the absence of a free and fair enquiry into
Apartheid and Anti-Apartheid violence, „CRIME OF APARTHEID‟ WAS A
FALSIFICATION OF HISTORY.
[30] The media extensively reported upon all Left vs. Right wing
arguments lodged before the court, including other Amici arguments
made by Anthropocentric Left vs. Right Wing Second to Fifth Amici
(2: Freedom of Expression Institute; 3: The SA National Editors
Forum; 4: Joyce Sibanyoni Mbizana; 5: Mbasa Mxenge), except for
the RH Ecofeminist Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security
arguments of Applicant, which were totally censored and
unreported.
[31] SA HC & SCA: Afriforum vs. Julius Malema:
[32] The Applicant filed an application to proceed as Amicus Curiae
(PDF33) in the South Gauteng Equality Court (07-2010 EQ JHB). The
dispute was between Right Wing Afriforum and Transvaal
Agricultural Union (TAU) against Left Wing Mr. Julius Malema,
leader of the African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL), for
publicly singing „Kill the Boer‟. Afriforum / TAU argued among
others, that the „Kill the Boer‟ words communicated are
constitutionally prohibited for inciting harm and hatred against
whites and farmers; that a reasonable person would consider the
words to be intended to hurt, harm or incite hatred; and that Mr.
Malema is an influential public figure whose utterances are widely

01 4 reported. Malema and the ANC argued among others that there are
many meanings for the words „Kill the Boer‟, that the Plaintiffs
are inaccurately interpreting the words including misinterpreting
Mr. Malema‟s intentions when he sings the words „Kill the Boer‟.
The words do not encourage farm murders, or hatred towards
farmers; that their freedom of speech to sing „Kill the Boer‟
should not be infringed and that there should be a national
dialogue about the song "awudubhule ibhunu" or "shoot the boer",
given that some people had been offended by it.
[33] The applicant argued that the dispute between the primary
parties was a direct result of South Africa‟s Truth and
Reconciliation Fraud. The TRC‟s Fraud failed to address the root
ecological (population growth vs. resource depletion) and lack of
psychological integrity causes of South Africa‟s racial animosity
and violence. In the absence of truly transparent root cause
problem solving Truth and Reconciliation Hearings, the left vs.
right wing and black vs. white polarisation cultural friction war
would escalate as resource depletion and the ANC‟s induced
welfare-brood-sow-vote-bribery population explosion collided; and
the only solutions for providing the white minority with any self
preservation security, would be to either: (A) Implement the 23
April 1994 Accord on Afrikaner Self-Determination for a Boer
Volkstaat; and/or (B) Jus Sanguinis Repatriation of „Settlers‟ to
European Progenitor Nations.
01 5 [34] One of the applicant‟s arguments to substantiate South
Africa‟s Truth and Reconciliation Fraud was the TRC‟s failure to
examine ecological and demographic breeding war sources for
Apartheids violence. The TRC failed to ask the question whether
the ANC could have won their struggle against Apartheid non-
violently, by demonstrating their honourable Just War Just Cause
Population Policy Intentions to end their Breeding War? The
applicant submitted numerous requests to South African and
International Anti-Apartheid Organisations for evidence, to submit
to the court, that the ANC‟s „liberation struggle‟ was honourably
a Just War:
Prior to the ANC‟s M-Plan declaration of War against Apartheid: Did any EU Anti-Apartheid Organisation advise the ANC or any SA Anti-Apartheid Organisation to avoid/suspend the violent „liberation struggle ‟campaign against the Apartheid Goverment, and to launch a non- violent cultural and political campaign to stop the African „swart gevaar‟ breeding-war population explosion, to demonstrate the ANC‟s honourable Just War Just Cause Intentions?
If (a) it was abundantly clear that the major fundamental motive for establishing Apartheid was fear of the „swart gevaar‟; (2) Apartheid Officials and citizens „swart gevaar‟ population policy fears are not only legally and ecologically justifiable, but common sense; (3) the ANC and Anti-Apartheid movement were culturally honourably concerned with Just War practices; (4) why did the ANC not consider launching a non-violent cultural and political campaign to stop their African „swart gevaar‟ breeding-war population explosion, to demonstrate their honourable Just

[35] The Anthropocentric Left vs. Right Wing Blame Game Patriarchal

arguments and application were totally ignored and censored by all

[36] In Afri-Forum and Another v Malema and Others (20968/2010)
[2011] ZAEQC 2; 2011 (6) SA 240 (EqC); [2011] 4 All SA 293 (EqC);
2011 (12) BCLR 1289 (EqC) (12 September 2011)34; Judge Lamont‟s
judgement confirmed that:
[48] Lara Johnstone, the sole member of an entity known
as the Radical Honesty Culture and Religion delivered a
number of documents by electronic transmission. I tabled
the documents at the hearing and they form part of the
record.
[37] The matter was subsequently appealed to the Supreme Court of
Appeal by the primary parties: Afriforum, Malema and the ANC.
Applicant again applied to the court to proceed as Amicus Curiae
(PDF35), repeating the arguments submitted to the Equality Court.

"It does not appear, from the reading of the documents forming
part of your application, that any value will be added to the

[39] On 18 July 2012, applicant filed an application for leave to
approach the Constitutional Court, for review of the SCA‟s denial
of applicants Amicus application (PDF37) arguing that “IF: Supreme
Court of Appeals Values endorse EcoFeminist Sustainable Democracy
Transparency TruthSeeking Problem Solving: Applicant Should be
Approved as an Amicus Curiae” since “no Primary Party Represents
Radical Honesty EcoFeminist Problem Solving Values”
[40] The Supreme Court of Appeal have not yet ruled on the
applicant‟s 18 July 2012 application for leave to approach the
Constitutional Court, for review of SCA‟s denial of applicants
Amicus application.
[41] Once again South African media extensively reported upon all
Left vs. Right wing Patriarchal Anthropocentric arguments lodged
before the Equality court and later the Supreme Court of Appeal,
while totally censoring the reality of an Ecocentric Wild Law

[42] NO: Kingdom of Norway vs. Anders Breivik:
[43] The Applicant has filed three RH Ecofeminist Ecocentric Wild
Law Sustainable Security applications to Norwegian courts; and
notified over 1,000 Norwegian and International European
journalists and editors of the applications. All three
applications were ignored by the court authorities and presiding
Judicial officials, and as a result were filed as complaints to
the Parliamentary Ombudsman (Case 2012-1943) and the Secretariat
for the Supervisory Committee for Judges (Judge Wenche Arntzen:
12-072; Chief Justice Tore Schei: 12-073).
On 15 April 2012, applicant filed an application to Oslo District Court, for an order to (1) proceed as Amicus Curiae (PDF38); and (2) Amend the Charges Against Mr. Breivik and Applicant to include Treason in terms of Article 85 of Norwegian Constitution, and if found guilty, in a free and fair trial, equivalent to the trial given to Nelson Mandela by the Apartheid government; to be executed by firing squad. [As explained to Mr. Breivik: “You are willing to die for your ideological beliefs, for saving your people and your culture; I am willing to risk death, to challenge your country to give you a free and fair trial, so that we can examine the truth about your evidence.”39]

(PDF40) of the Oslo District Courts refusal to provide a response
to the applicants Amicus application; including a request for an
Order that the Norwegian Ministry of Culture act in accordance to
European Court of Human Rights ruling in Lithgow & others v.
United Kingdom, and clarify in adequately accessible and
sufficiently precise statement; whether Norway is (A) a „Children
of the Rainbow‟ State legally committed to Multiculturalism,
providing all cultures their right to invoke cultural law and

[49] When the court denies Breivik his right to an objective and
subjective examination of his necessity defence, giving him a
rubber stamp of „guilt‟; this reinforces Breivik‟s argument about
the so-called „Corrupt Multicultural Feminist State‟; and rewards
his Ego Anthropocentric Patriarchal parasitic desire for greater
Left vs. Right wing blame game polarization.
[50] What Breivik fears more than an insanity ruling, is a free and
fair trial where his Anti-Islam arguments are given an objective
and subjective examination, not only from within the Left Wing vs.
Right Wing blame game Anthropocentric worldview, but particularly
from an Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security worldview that
examines both (1) the ecological and demographic resource reality
foundations of the Europe Titanic – Islam iceberg dispute; as well
as (2) Masculine Insecurity and lack of psychological integrity
avoidance of the Patriarchal Anthropocentric use of women as
human-factory-farming-cannon-fodder-brood-sows for their Left vs.

[51] Finally, denying Breivik his „Necessity‟ Defence Right to an
Objective and Subjective Test of his Evidence sets horrific
Precedent for denying other Activists, including future Decisive

[52] Further argument includes dozens of Common Law and Civil
Disobedience Necessity Defence Cases which have resulted in
Innocence Verdicts or Severe Mitigation of Sentencing; as well as
Military Necessity‟s cases of (1) Nuremberg German High Command
Trial and (2) Generaloberst Lothar Rendulic, Armed Forces
Commander North, who commanded the Nazi Forces in Norway, and who
was acquitted by the Tribunal on various charges, because the
Tribunal‟s found “reasonable his belief that military necessity
mandated his orders,” for “the complete destruction of all shelter
and means of existence in, and the total evacuation of the entire
civilian population of the northern Norwegian province of
Finmark...”, “while still others were summarily shot for refusing
to leave their homeland - in all, the thoroughness and brutality
of this evacuation left some 61,000 men, women, and children
homeless, starving and destitute”; whose case offers one of the
few adjudicated views of what constitutes military necessity; and
resulted in the Rendulic Rule, which emphasizes the importance of
the Subjective Test, which is still applied in current Military
doctrine.
[53] Initially the Supreme Court Registrar refused to respond to
the application either with a case number, or clarify their
reasons for failure to provide a case number, whereupon Applicant

02 4 filed a complaint of slow case processing to the Parliamentary
Ombudsman on 02 September 2012.
[54] On 10 September the Secretary General of the Supreme Court:
Gunnar Bergby responded45 refusing to process my Application for
Review, citing Section 30646 of the Norwegian Criminal Procedure
Act47, stating that “According to this regulation, 1st paragraph,
the parties may appeal against a criminal judgment rendered by the
district or appellate court. Persons or legal entities that are
not parties to the case are not given the right of appeal. Mr.
Anders Behring Breivik and the prosecution authority are the only
parties in the specific case mentioned above, and the right of
appeal is constricted to these.”
[55] On 11 September 2012, Applicant responded48 to Secretary
General Bergby that her Application was not an Appeal, but one of
Review; and that Applicant had legal standing in accordance to-
among others-Criminal Procedure Act Section 377: “Interlocutory
Appeal: An interlocutory appeal may be brought against a court
order or decision by any person who is affected thereby …”; read
in conjunction with: (1) ECHR: ARTICLE 13: Right to an effective
remedy; and (2) ECHR: ARTICLE 14: Prohibition of discrimination.
Furthermore, matters of Locus Standi / Legal Standing are not for
Court Registrars or Secretary Generals to decide upon, but for

General Bergby provide Applicant with the relevant statutory authority that allowed the Secretary General to make a ruling on locus standi, to deny an applicant access to a court, for an impartial enquiry into the matter.
Legal Standing: Legal Interest:
I am an Ecofeminist Political Necessity Activist, who has an interest in ensuring that all political activists from all ideologies, religions, races, cultures who plead to political or military necessity have their „necessity‟ evidence examined by the court, in terms of an objective and subjective test of such „necessity evidence‟; the results of such an enquiry being used to make the final determination as to the accused‟s guilt or innocence, or mitigation or aggravation of sentencing.
Mr. Breivik‟s trial was the most high profile necessity trial on the world stage, for decades. If Mr. Breivik wants to deny himself and other White Nationalists, their right to the court conducting a full impartial enquiry into their necessity evidence, by conducting a subjective and objective test thereof; then that is Mr. Breivik and White Nationalists right... [and] should not be allowed to set a precedent where environmental, immigrant, religious or other necessity activists are also denied their right to an objective and subjective examination of their necessity evidence, just because one white nationalist chooses to become a martyr, with the enthusiastic support of the Oslo District Court and Norwegian Prosecutory authorities.
02 6 .. it is my assertion that the „Nodrett/Necessity‟ ruling in the Oslo District Court: Breivik judgement as it currently stands discriminates against other future necessity activists, by setting a precedent whereby they can be denied (or can due to ignorance deny themselves, by lacking the knowledge to assert their right thereto); an objective and subjective examination of their necessity evidence.
My application for review is accordingly to demand the right to an effective remedy, to amend this discriminatory necessity ruling in the Oslo District Court‟s Breivik judgement, from affecting other necessity activists.

them with evidence of the (A) Application for Review; and (B)
correspondence from Secretary General Bergby and the Applicants
response thereto; requesting that they publish a correction52. The
Associated Press responded with a read receipt stating that they
had deleted the request without reading it.

on procedure and Radical Honesty English);” and the court has not
yet ruled on the application.

x INTRODUCTION AND SUMMARY OF ARGUMENT
[1] This Amicus brief1 addresses alternative2 Ecocentric Wild Law
Sustainable Security legal arguments deemed too far reaching for
emphasis by parties intent on winning their particular
Anthropocentric cases3.
[2] In considering a new – alien4 on Pale Blue Dot5 – perspective
The Opinion of Weeramantry J6, advises to ‗follow in the path
charted out by Grotius‘ that ―it would be pity indeed if [the
wealth of past experience from a variety of cultures] were left
untapped merely because of attitudes of formalism which see such
approaches as not being entirely de rigueur‖. A court ―needs to

[3] In highly publicized trials, parties intent on winning their
particular cases are naturally both in search of favorable
publicity for their particular argument, and afraid of
confronting the media‘s bias or abuse of its publicity power.
Unless the media are confronted, or the court is given the
opportunity to address the issue of the media‘s abuse of
publicity power, the media‘s abuse of publicity power goes
unchecked and not only affects the outcome of the trial, but
also the courts credibility.
[4] Anthropocentric legal doctrine, like the SS. Titanic, is
sailing full speed ahead to its impending collision with its
delusional NNR Abundance foundation iceberg. If Anthropocentric
Legal doctrine and practice does not firmly establish its
Ecocentric credibility by confronting and re-evaluating its NNR
Abundance and Human Factory Farming Inalienable Right to Breed,
Vote and Consume delusions, by implementing Sustainable Security
Wild Laws to regulate procreation and natural resource
utilisation to forge a legal lifeboat path to sustainability,
its credibility and victories since the Magna Carta, will
undergo the same battering and extermination as the SS.

to put a stop to the Masculine Insecurity Left vs. Right Wing
Anthropocentric Propaganda Warfare Parasite Tyranny circus
feasting on the NNR Abundance delusion, authorising Breeding and

[5] None of the International and Russian Publicity Whores
criticism of Pussy Riot sentence is legally credible; i.e.
impartial, based upon principle and equal application of the
rule of law in similar circumstances. Their criticism should be
totally ignored, as being the verbal diarrhoea of Publicity
Whores or as motivated by a Political Agenda against President
Putin, who is by no means perfect, but who is the World Leader
with the greatest willingness to call a spade a spade.
INTEREST OF THE AMICI
[6] Amici is a Radical Honoursty Ecofeminist paralegal /

submitted Ecocentric arguments to other sustainable security

Citizen v. McBride, and CCR & Wikileaks vs USA, where the media
corruptly abused their publicity power; thereby undermining the
credibility of the court‘s decisions.

Constitutional Court admitted the Amici to the proceedings as
First Amicus, on 03 May 2012, as follows: ―Ms. Lara Johnstone,

[8] Amici‘s definition of ‗religion‘ is as follows: ―To clarify,
―religion‖ as I use it here does not refer to a system that has
necessarily to do with a concept of God or with idols or even to
a system of perceived religion, but to any group-shared system
of thought and action that offers the individual a frame of
orientation and an object of devotion. A religion may be
conducive to the development of destructiveness or of love, of
domination or of solidarity; it may further their power to
reason or paralyze it. The question is not one of religion or
not? but of which kind of religion? – whether it is one that
furthers human development, the unfolding of specifically human
powers, or one that paralyzes human growth. Thus, our religious
attitude is an aspect of our character structure, for we are
what we are devoted to, and what we are devoted to is what

refused to recognize her hungerstrike for a single cell and
denied her right to practice her Radical Honesty culture.

[14] She was convicted of 3 counts of contempt and sentenced to a
year in George Women‘s Prison (2 x 3 m; 1 x 6 m), and denied the
right to appeal.
[15] Not one of the International and Russian Publicity Whores
criticism of Pussy Riot sentence has ever objected, let alone
publicly objected, to the ANC regime of Mandela et al, for their
‗Operation Production‘ forced sex and forbidden contraceptives
whose cultural ideal of manhood endorses non-consensual sex (rape) as their sexual slavery entitlement, etc. [ii] ‘Kaffir Etymology’: Original Etymological Definition for ‘Kaffir’: The word kāfir is the active participle of the Semitic root K-F-R ―to cover‖. only political dissident in SA who stands for brutally honesty,
100% transparency truth and reconciliation, for a crime far less
offensive, than that of Pussy Riots. Amnesty International, the
US State Department, the British government, the Swedish
government and the European Commission had no objections
whatsoever to the ANC‘s ‗Operation Production‘ Anti-Apartheid
policies, or their ‗show trial‘ conviction of a Radical Honesty
political dissident and her prison sentence or the South African
courts refusal to allow her to appeal.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
[16] The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour16 (Храм Христа Спасителя,
Khram Khrista Spasitelya) is a church in Moscow, Russia, on the
northern bank of the Moskva River, a few blocks south-west of
the Kremlin. On 25 December 1812, Emperor Alexander I signed a
manifest, after Napoleon Bonaparte retreated from Moscow,
declaring his intention to build a cathedral in honor of Christ
the Saviour ―to signify Our gratitude to Divine Providence for
saving Russia from the doom that overshadowed Her‖ and as a
memorial to the sacrifices of the Russian people.
[17] Under the Soviet Union‘s state atheism, many ―church
institution[s] at [the] local, diocesan or national level were
systematically destroyed‖ in the 1921-1928 antireligious
campaign. The church was demolished on 05 December, 1931. After
the Revolution and Vladimir Lenin‘s death, Joseph Stalin chose

7 the site for a monument to socialism known as the Palace of the
Soviets. The Palace of Soviets monument construction was
interrupted owing to a lack of funds, problems with flooding
from the nearby Moskva River, and the outbreak of war. Nikita
Khrushchev, later transformed it into the world's largest open
air swimming pool, named Moskva Pool.
[18] In February 1990, the Russian Orthodox Church17 received
permission from the Soviet Government to rebuild the Cathedral
of Christ the Saviour. One million Muscovites donated money for
the project.
[19] The Russian Patriarch, Kirill, openly supported Putin‘s 2012
re-election, calling Putin a ―miracle from God‖, who had
―rectified the crooked path of history.‖ President Putin
supports protecting Russia‘s religious community, based upon
their former fears of persecution under Soviet authorities18.
[20] Pussy Riot is a Russian feminist punk-rock collective based in
Moscow, an offshoot of the ‗Moscow faction‘ of the anarchist art
collective, Voina (War). The existence of Pussy Riot was first
revealed on 1 October 2011, when Tolokonnikova and Samutsevich
gave a lecture on ―punk feminism‖ as members of Voina. They
played a recording of the song Ubei sexista (―Kill the Sexist‖),
billing the performers as ―a new Russian punk band called Pussy
Riot‖.19 Voina20 staged a succession of extreme public actions

Fuck for the heir Puppy Bear!22: This exhibitionist act at the
Timiryazev Museum in Moscow involving nudity and full penetrative sex was intended as a satire of Dmitry Medvedev‘s call to increase the birth rate in Russia,23 but was typically described as an ―orgy‖ by the media; (iii) Mordovian Hour24: the throwing of live cats at the staff of a McDonald‘s restaurant in
Moscow; (iv) A Cop in a Priest's Robe25: stealing groceries while dressed in Priest robe and police hat; (v) Dick in the Ass26:

Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Yekaterina Samutsevich participated in this action, which many see as a precursor to Pussy Riot.

[21] Voina explain their performance art within the anarchist
traditions of ―Illegalism‖ and of ―The Propaganda of the Deed‖.
―Illegalism‖ is the conscious embrace by an anarchist of a
‗criminal lifestyle‘; whereas ―Propaganda of the Deed‖ involves
taking (often shocking or violent) action as a means to awaken
political consciousness.
[22] Pussy Riot was organized, in part, due to anger over what they
perceived as government policies that discriminate against
women, citing legislation that ―placed restrictions on legal
abortions‖, who are ―part of the global anti-capitalist
movement, which consists of anarchists, Trotskyists, feminists
and autonomists.‖ They have staged unannounced provocative
performances about Russian political life in unusual and
unauthorized locations, such as the Yelokhovo Cathedral, Lobnoye
Mesto in Red Square, on top of a trolleybus, or on a scaffold in
the Moscow Metro. These performances are edited into videos and
posted on the internet.
[23] In November 2011, Pussy Riot performed Osvobodi Bruschatku
("Release the Cobblestones") atop a scaffold in a Moscow subway,

month, playing Kropotkin Vodka on the roof of an automobile
display unit in a luxury-store district, discharging fire
extinguishers into the air, and simulating masturbation infront
of a fashion boutique, and invading a fashion show, interrupting
the catwalk of the models.
[24] In December 2011, the group performed atop a garage beside a
prison where Alexey Navalny28 was serving his 15-day sentence,
playing the song Smert' tyur'me, svobodu protestu (Death To
Prison, Freedom To Protest). On January 20, 2012, they played a
song on the Lobnoye Mesto in Red Square, entitled Putin Zassal
(Putin Pissed Himself), while igniting a smoke bomb, which got
them briefly arrested and detained.
[25] Pussy Riot lyrics are simultaneously anti-government and pro-
feminist, such as the metaphorical assassination of Kremlin
officials, or challenge to Russian housewives to take up a
revolutionary struggle: ―Occupy the city using your frying pans
/ Take your vacuum cleaner and get off on it, have an orgasm‖.
Another Anti-Putin lyric was called Putin zazhigaet kostry
(Putin Lights Up The Fires), which demanded ―Seven years
[imprisonment] is not enough, give us eighteen!‖

11 [26] On February 21st 2012, Pussy Riot, performed their ―Punk
Prayer: Mother of God Drive Putin Away‖29 near the Altar of the
Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow. Wearing their
brightly coloured dresses, tights and balaclava‘s, their ‗punk
prayer‘ involving dance, screaming their lyrics, including

March and Yekaterina Samutsevitch on 16 March and charged with

organized group of people motivated by religious hatred or

trial to be a politically motivated ‗show trial‘, claiming the
defendants are being prosecuted ―merely for holding a gig in a
Church‖, naming the defendants prisoners of conscience due to
―the severity of the response of the Russian authorities‖.38
[29] The criticism of the Court‘s handling of the Pussy Riot case
has centred on the sentence. The US State Department, the
British government, the Swedish government and the European
Commission have all described as ―disproportionate‖.39 Amnesty
International called the conviction ―a bitter blow for freedom
of expression‖.40 Hugh Williamson, of Human Rights Watch, stated
that the ―charges and verdict... distort both the facts and the
law... These women should never have been charged with a hate
crime and should be released immediately.‖41
[30] The United States embassy in Moscow tweeted that the sentence
―looks disproportionate to the actions,‖ and the United States
State Department asked Russia to ―review this case and to ensure

Barack Obama expressed disappointment, and the White House
stated ―we have serious concerns about the way that these young
women have been treated by the Russian judicial system.‖43
[31] A letter of support from 120 members of the German parliament,
the Bundestag, was sent to the Russian Ambassador to Germany,
Vladimir Grinin. It described proceedings against the women as
disproportionate and draconian.44 Attending the trial, British MP
and Shadow Foreign Office Minister for Human Rights, Kerry
McCarthy, also backed the group, describing proceedings as
―surreal‖.45 The Irish Socialist Party MEP Paul Murphy wants a
strong resolution passed by parliament, condemning the jailing
of the Pussy Riot members46. Former Soviet leader and Nobel prize
winner Mikhail Gorbachev criticized the sentences as
―disproportionate‖: ―I‗m surprised and shocked that this event,
which ought to have been dealt with tactfully, perhaps by
serious conversation,‖ he said in comments published on the site

17 [33] Pussy Riot acknowledged the outpouring of Hypocrisy-on-
Steroids support, and perhaps recognized the Abuse of Publicity
involved, and distanced themselves from Western artists, and
reiterated their opposition to the capitalist model of art as
commodity100: ―We're flattered, of course, that Madonna and Björk
have offered to perform with us. But the only performances we‘ll
participate in are illegal ones. We refuse to perform as part of
the capitalist system, at concerts where they sell tickets.‖
[34] President Vladimir Putin said there was ―nothing good‖ about
the band's protest, but added: ―Nonetheless, I don't think that
they should be judged so harshly for this. .. I hope the court
will come out with the right decision, a well-founded one.‖101
[35] According to the Defendant‘s lawyer, Mark Feygin at an event
with fellow lawyers Nikolai Polozov and Violetta Volkova at the
Center for Human Rights and Global Justice, New York University
School of Law102: ―Lawyers don't separate from our defendants
because political legal advocacy is possible only if the
attorney and the defendants completely identify their common
interests. We as lawyers are part of a political protest in

City Court based upon constitutional issues.
[37] It is unclear to Amici, if the Defendants prefer the debate
before the court, to be about Left vs Right Wing Anthropocentric

[39] It is however clear that both Left and Right Wing Propaganda
Warfare Parties, have a significant interest in using this trial
for their own Anthropocentric Propaganda Warfare interests,
which do not appear to be in the interest of the victims, the
court or the defendants. It is consequently advised that should
the court decide to consider recommending a retrial, that the
court recommend such a retrial hearing to show preference to
news publications/journalists who are committed to practicing

[47] Anthropocentric Law’s Conflict with Ecocentric Reality:

[48] Anthropocentric119 Flat Earth Society120 law views the world
from a firmly entrenched inaccurate anthropocentric (human-
centred) perspective, where there is always a brighter future,
because the implicit assumption of our anthropocentric
political, economic and legal worldview is that there will
always be ―enough‖ Non Renewable Natural Resources (NNR‘s) to
enable a brighter future, and all politics and economics needs
to concern itself with, is how to use these NNR‘s to provide
ever improving material living standards for our ever-expanding

hope for a brighter future, the future is one of depletion,
austerity, resource wars & collapse;125 because the fundamental
assumption of ever-increasing NNR‘s, underlying our limited
anthropocentric perspective is inaccurate.126
[49] Global NNR Scarcity Analysis: Global Collapse by 2050:
[50] Peak Oil is the end of cheap oil, it is the point where every
barrel of oil is harder to find, more expensive to extract, and
more valuable to whoever owns or controls it. As early as 2000,
geological experts warned Peak Oil would occur sometime between

growth‘128 global economic system and industrial food
production129. Domestic (US) & Global NNR Scarcity Analysis is
based upon Mr. Clugston‘s130 analysis of the criticality and
scarcity associated with each of the 89 analyzed NNRs, using
data from USGS, EIA, BEA, BLS, Fed, CBO, FBI, IEA, UN, World
Bank, etc; and concludes in general that ‗absent some
combination of immediate and drastic reductions in our global
NNR utilization levels, ... we will experience escalating
international and intranational conflicts during the coming
decades over increasingly scarce NNR‘s, which will devolve into
global societal collapse, almost certainly by the year 2050.‘131
[51] Scarcity Global NNR Scarcity Analysis (pg.51-59132) (pg 41-
49133) summarizes global criticality and scarcity associated with
each of the 89 analyzed NNRs: (a) An overwhelming majority, 63
of the 89 analyzed NNRs, were considered ―scarce‖ globally in
2008, immediately prior to the Great Recession; (b) A
significant number, 28 of the 89 analyzed NNRs have peaked: are
―almost certain‖ to remain scarce permanently going forward; and
a sizeable number, 16 of the 89 analyzed NNRs, will ―likely‖
remain scarce permanently; and (c) Global extraction/production

considered ‗at risk‘.
[52] Scarcity concludes ‗Our Next Normal is Catastrophe‘: Our
Anthropocentric worldview does not recognize that "from a
broader ecological perspective, all human economics and politics
are irrelevant," to ‗paraphrase Thoreau, we are ‗thrashing at
the economic and political branches of our predicament, rather
than hacking at the ecological root.‖134
[53] ―Because the underlying cause associated with our transition
from prosperity to austerity is ecological (geological), not
economic or political, our incessant barrage of economic and
political ―fixes‖ – fiscal and monetary ―stimulus‖ – is
misguided and inconsequential. Our national economies are not
―broken‖; they are ―dying of slow starvation‖ for lack of
sufficient economically viable NNR inputs.
[54] ―Our industrial lifestyle paradigm, which is enabled by
enormous quantities of finite, nonreplenishing, and increasingly
scarce NNRs, is unsustainable – actually, physically impossible
– going forward. 135
[55] ―Global humanity‘s steadily deteriorating condition will
culminate in self-inflicted global societal collapse, almost
certainly by the year 2050. We will not accept gracefully our
new normal of ever-increasing, geologically-imposed austerity;
nor will we suffer voluntarily the horrifically painful
population level reductions and material living standard

sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm.
[56] ―Ownership of the means of production—from private ownership
to state ownership; the methods by which scarce resources are
allocated—from free markets to central planning; and our forms
of government—from democracy to autocracy—have no bearing on
humanity‘s ultimate destiny.
[57] ―All industrialized and industrializing nations, irrespective
of their economic and political orientations, are unsustainable
and will collapse in the not-too-distant future as a consequence
of their dependence upon increasingly scarce NNRs.
[58] We can voluntarily reduce population and consumption, or NNR
scarcity depletion will force it upon us, in our inevitable
transition to a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm.
[59] Anthropocentric Law Denies Necessity for a Breeding Licence:
―It seems there is pretty much a consensus that when it comes to things that have the possibility to .. negatively impact the lives of people or society in general, regulation is desirable. Considering this, there is one sort of licence that is conspicuous by its absence: a licence to breed. .. Even the SPCA checks out prospective dog owners and their property before allowing them to adopt an animal. A system that requires prospective parents to demonstrate the necessary material means and parenting knowledge to look after children before being allowed to procreate would be the ideal solution to the problem. Unfortunately, uncontrolled breeding has left humanity far too stupid to implement something of the sort.‖ - Michael Coetzee, Licence to Breed136 ―We must all understand that the most potent weapons of war are the penis and the womb. Therefore, if you cannot convince a group to control its population by discussion, debate, intelligent analysis etc., you must consider their

[60] In Eve’s Seed: Masculine Insecurity, Metaphor, and the Shaping
of History, and Eve’s Seed: Biology, the Sexes and the Course of
History, Robert McElvaine described it thus: ―Karl Marx had it
wrong. Class has, to be sure, been a major factor in history;
but class itself is a derivative concept that is based on the
ultimate causative power in history: sex. Marx‘s famous
formulation must be revised: The history of all hitherto
existing society is the history of struggles based on the
division of our species into two sexes, jealousies emanating
from this division, exaggerations of the differences between the
sexes, misunderstandings about sexual reproductive power, and
metaphors derived from sex. Together, these closely related
matters constitute the most important, but largely neglected,
set of motive forces in human history. Control -- or the claim
of control -- over the means of reproduction has been even more
fundamental to history than has control of the means of
production...
[61] In Humans: An Endangered Species137 Judge Brent challenges the
world elite and his readers with two choices to: (1) Prove the
author‘s facts, math, logic or conclusions wrong; (2) If unable
to do so, implement his shocking birth control proposal to avoid
destruction of civilization; as overpopulation and Peak Oil and
NNR resource scarcity confronts regions at an accelerated pace

28 of confrontation, conflict, and war. Judge Brent was forced to
resign from the American Mensa Society, because of his views on
reducing overpopulation. His writings have so irritated the
Catholic Church that a Cardinal devoted an entire homily given
at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York to attacking him and his
ideas.
[62] Judge Brent‘s Shocking Proposal: ―limit the right of any male
to father only one live child and limit the right of every woman
to one live birth. [..] Since survival of our species depends on
the one child rule, under my proposal any attempt to evade the
rule would result in death of the evader and of any second
child. The rule to be fair must be absolute, without a single
exception. [..] Population would continue to be reduced pursuant
to the method [..] until it reached 300 million [or a number]
based on the ability of the earth to provide resources for
humanity to maintain an acceptable standard of living for a
minimum of 25,000 years.‖ 138
[63] Anthropocentric Law’s Denial of Masculine Insecurity’s Use of
Control of the Means of Reproduction as a Weapon of War:

[64] In Eve’s Seed: Masculine Insecurity, Metaphor, and the Shaping
of History, and Eve’s Seed: Biology, the Sexes and the Course of
History, Robert McElvaine ―throws down the gauntlet to academics
and non-specialists alike, daring a radical rethinking of the
basic 'truths' on which cultures have been constructed.‖ He
argues that ―there is nothing unique to Islam about male
insistence on the subordination of and male control over women
and their bodies.‖ McElvaine says misogynistic rulers may be
religious fanatics, but their religion is not Islam, but Woody
Allen‘s religion in his 2001 movie, The Curse of the Jade
Scorpion: ―insecure masculinity‖.
[65] Eve's Seed reviews ―some 94 centuries of human history,
stretching from 8,000 B.C.E. and the invention of agriculture
through the Middle Ages‖, to 20th century America, explaining how

30 and why sexually insecure – ‗not-a-woman‘ - men seek validation
of their manhood by pursuing power, and have used their power to
disproportionately influence the shaping of cultures.
Vitally important to early economic and political history (bringing such changes as the creation of substantial material surplus and the rise of large states and war), agriculture—what McElvaine describes as the first of two "mega-revolutions"—also sparked a massive male "backlash," as the female invention of planting crops and animal husbandry undermined the male role as hunter. Among the masculinist responses, men took over agriculture and invented war, as women became relegated to increasing the population needed for the new social order.‖ - John Pettegrew, Deepening the History of Masculinity and the Sexes
[66] Subsequent cultural consequences being the ―conception
misconception‖, that men held all procreative power, and women
were simply the dirt, wherein the seed was planted, which led to
the assumption that the God-Creative-Force is male. The second
mega-revolution occurred in the 16th century with the rise of
geographic mobility and the marketplace. Manhood became
associated with possessive individualism, however this conflicts
with mans natural state towards association and cooperation
formed during humanity‘s long history of hunting in groups.
[67] Eve’s Seed: History and Religion of ‘Masculine Insecurity’:
[68] Women can do all the important things that men can (although,
because of physical differences, in some areas not as well, on
average), but there are some essential things that women can do
that men cannot: bear and give birth to children and nourish
them from their bodies.
31 [69] Because of this relative incapacity, many men suffer, largely
subconsciously, from what might be termed "womb envy" and
"breast envy," or even the "non-menstrual syndrome."
[70] To compensate for the things that they cannot do, men tell
women that they may not do other things. Which activities women
are excluded from varies from one culture to another, but some
form of the procedure can be found in all societies. (A striking
example of this practice in our own culture can be seen in a
statement a Catholic bishop made in 1992: "A woman priest is as
impossible as for me to have a baby.")
[71] Because they cannot compete with women's capabilities in the
crucial realms of reproduction and nourishing offspring, men
generally seek to avoid a single standard of human behavior and
achievement. They create separate definitions of "manliness"
which are based on a false opposition to "womanliness." A "real
man" has been seen in most cultures as "notawoman."
[72] The "notawoman" definition of manhood leads men greatly to
exaggerate the genuine, but small, differences between the
sexes. Far from being gender-benders, men tend to be gender-
extenders. This produces the fallacious, but virtually
universal, idea that women and men are "opposite sexes." This
way of thinking can accurately be termed a bi-polar disorder.
[73] Although this viewpoint actually begins with woman as the
"standard" human and proceeds to define man by its supposed vast
differences from that standard, people do not like to see
32 themselves in negative terms, so men have generally sought ways
to transform woman into a negative, thus making man positive.
[74] These basic tendencies have existed throughout history,
including what is inaccurately called "prehistory," but during
the vast majority of human existence both sexes had obviously
essential roles. Women seemingly produced the children,
nourished and cared for them, and also provided a large portion
of the food for the group through gathering. Men provided meat
through hunting and had the bulk of the responsibility for
protecting the group from predators. This added up in many
hunter-gatherer societies to some approximation of equality
between the sexes.
[75] Human life -- and the situation of both sexes -- was radically
changed by the invention of agriculture, which in all likelihood
was accomplished by women. These changes were so dramatic that
they comprise one of two mega-revolutions in human existence.
[76] Many ancient myths (including, most notably, chapters 3 of the
Book of Genesis) constitute allegories for the invention of
agriculture by women (Eve's eating from the Tree of Knowledge)
and its long-term consequences (the loss of what seemed in
distant retrospect to have been a pre-agricultural paradise in
which people lived easily, without work, simply picking fruit
from trees, and man having to go forth and till the soil to earn
his bread by the sweat of his brow). The "Fall of Man" is a
metaphor for an actual fall of men.
33 [77] Agriculture moved Homo sapiens from what ecologists refer to
as a K-selected reproductive strategy (limited resources make it
appropriate to have a small number of offspring and invest
heavily in each) to an r-selected reproductive strategy
(abundant resources relative to population make it possible and
desirable to have a large number of offspring).
[78] This meant that the development of agriculture greatly
enhanced the importance of one of the traditional female roles.
Women would now be called upon to spend more of their lives in
reproduction and less in production of food and other resources.
[79] The development of methods for the intentional production of
food (animal herding as well as agriculture) substantially
devalued what men had traditionally done. Hunting was no longer
needed and defense against other species declined in importance
as groups of humans settled in growing numbers in farming areas
into which predators ventured less frequently than their paths
had crossed those of human hunter-gatherers.
[80] The loss of value in their traditional roles left men adrift,
seeking new meaningful roles, and increasingly resentful of
women. The result was what can accurately be seen as a Neolithic
and early Bronze Age backlash or "masculinist movement."
[81] As men sought new roles, they took over what had previously
been considered female roles. Agriculture itself was one of
these. By the time plow agriculture began (ca. 4000 BCE), men
were displacing women in the fields.
34 [82] At this point there arose an almost irresistible metaphor, the
very widespread acceptance of which has shaped (or, more
accurately, misshaped) human life through all of recorded
history. The apparent analogy of a seed being planted in
furrowed soil to a male's "planting" of semen in the vulva of a
female led to the conclusion that men provide the seed of new
life and women constitute the soil in which that seed grows.
This metaphor has remained with us throughout history and it
continues to mislead us in profound ways down to the present.
[83] The seed metaphor reversed the apparent positions of the sexes
in regard to procreative power. What had always appeared to be a
principally female power was transformed into an entirely male
power. No longer apparent bystanders in reproduction, men now
claimed to be the reproducers, while women were reduced from the
seeming creators to the soil in which men's creations grow.
Women were left with all the work of procreation, but men now
took all the credit.
[84] During the Neolithic Age, then, women both ceased to be major
producers (as men took over the production of plant food along
with continuing their traditional responsibility for providing
animal food) and ceased to be seen as having reproductive power.
The woman-made world of agriculture had, paradoxically, become a
man's world to a degree unprecedented in human existence. Hell
hath no fury like a man devalued.
[85] The belief that men have procreative power led inevitably to
the conclusion that the supreme Creative Power must also be
35 male. The toxic fruit that grew from the seed metaphor was male
monotheism.
[86] The combination of the belief that God (or the god who is the
ultimate creator) is male with the notion that humans are
created in God's image yielded the inescapable conclusion that
men are closer than women to godly perfection. Thus the line
from the misconceptions about conception emanating from the seed
metaphor to the belief, given its classic expressions by
Aristotle, Aquinas, and Freud, that women are deformed or
"incomplete" men is clear and direct.
[87] As is suggested by the fact that the root of the word
authority is author, it is the erroneous idea that men are the
"authors" -- the creators -- that has formed the largely
unspoken but pervasive basis for male authority throughout
history. A clear example is the patria potestas that gave an
ancient Roman man the power to "dispose of" his children. A
father was thought to be the creator of "his" children and so he
was granted the right to take away the life he was supposed to
have given.
[88] The seed metaphor and the mistaken conclusions that followed
from it enabled men to stand womb envy on its head. The reversal
was given its most influential religious authority in the Bible.
The human female is named woman (meaning "out of man") in
Genesis 2 because we are told that the first woman was born from
a man. And in Genesis 3 woman's creative power is reclassified
as a curse and burden: "in pain you shall bring forth children."
36 [89] The reversal of womb envy found its strongest "scientific"
authority in Aristotle's Generation of Animals, where he argued
that the great defect in women is that they lack generative
power. In earlier times, when the male role in procreation was
not comprehended, men had seemed like "infertile women" or
"deformed women." Aristotle asserted that it was the other way
around. By contending that menstrual fluid is a weak form of
semen, lacking in the male fluid's life-giving powers, he also
reversed the non-menstrual syndrome. He was saying, in effect,
that men have the good genital discharge and menstrual bleeding
is just a weak, infertile form of the powerful male secretion.
[90] Once the seed metaphor had sprouted into the idea that God is
male and so women are inferior, the original "notawoman"
definition of manhood took on new and more menacing
implications. Now what had been an essentially horizontal
division became a clearly vertical one: traits and values
associated with women were not simply classified as improper for
men, but as inferior.
[91] The total subordination of women throughout recorded history
is but the first part of the devastating legacy of the Neolithic
backlash and the seed metaphor. Equally important has been the
concomitant suppression in men of all values, ideas, and
characteristics associated with women and so defined as
inferior.
[92] Since many of the values classified as "feminine" (such as
compassion, cooperation, nurturing, and self-sacrifice) are
37 essential for the well-being of human societies, ways had to be
found to bring them back, at least to a degree. This was
accomplished principally through a series of male religious and
philosophical figures, between the sixth century BCE and the
first century CE, ranging from Confucius and the Buddha through
the later Hebrew prophets and Jesus. These men preached the
values that had been defined as feminine to men as well as
women.
[93] Religion has played a paradoxical role in the shaping of
history based on sex. On the one hand, most religions since the
rise of male monotheism have provided major weapons in advancing
the argument of male superiority and female subordination. The
paradox lies in the fact that religions have also been the
principal means through which the more "feminine"
characteristics and values have been urged upon society
(especially men).
[94] The need to appeal to men was at cross purposes with the
objective of religions to restrain some of the maladaptive
traits that are classified as "masculine" (e.g. quick resort to
violence, hierarchical domination, and competitiveness). Men
were unlikely to listen to women telling them to act in ways
that had been defined as "feminine," so a male priesthood seemed
essential. But the men who took over Christianity had by the
fourth century gone a long way towards "efeminating" (removing
its feminine characteristics) the religion.
38 [95] In the last five centuries, a second mega-revolution, based on
increasing mobility (both geographic and social) and a
marketplace worldview, and encompassing the Age of Exploration,
the Scientific Revolution, free-market economics, the rise of
the political ideals of democracy, individualism, and equality,
and the Industrial Revolution, has transformed human existence
in ways almost as profound as had the first mega-revolution that
began with the invention of agriculture.
[96] The consequences of the modern mega-revolution have been as
paradoxical as those of its "prehistoric" predecessor. The
changes in the modern world have been male-initiated and based
on characteristics generally considered "masculine," yet one
result has been a slow but accelerating movement towards greater
equality for women.
[97] One of the most important ideas that arose in the second mega-
revolution was John Locke's assertion that a baby at birth is a
blank slate. Although it seems not to have been noticed, this is
yet another way to deny that women have creative power. It means
that what issues from a mother is, essentially, a nullity. The
Lockean/cultural determinist position holds that what the female
(nature) produces is a physical nonentity. It is, according to
this argument, culture (which has generally been classified as
man-made) that shapes the formless bit of matter into a human
being. In this respect, Locke becomes Aristotle in modern guise.
[98] The logic of the marketplace conception of the world led from
the view of people as individuals -- free agents -- to the
39 unintended conclusion that people should be considered as equals
and, ultimately, to recognition of the implication that women,
too, must be equal.
[99] So, in a reverse irony, much as it was in the woman-made world
of agriculture that men asserted complete dominance, it is in
the man-made world of mobility and the marketplace that women
have begun to regain a degree of equality.
[100] Political democracy, which is based on the ideal of human
equality, necessarily undermines hierarchy. Although conceived
by men, democracy can be seen as an essentially "feminine"
system, in that it -- at least in principle -- denies power to
the most aggressive, the human equivalents of Alpha males in
primate groups. Democracy is at the opposite end of the
political spectrum from the extreme "masculine" ideal expressed
by Alexander the Great at his death: "To the strongest."
[101] Democracy and capitalism are linked, but not for the reasons
that are usually cited. Democracy is not a laissez faire system;
it does not "let nature take its course." Limits are imposed on
how much power may be accumulated. Power-seeking people (most

competitive seeking other arenas in which they are left free to

[102] The marketplace serves as the controlling metaphor of the
modern world. It was in the dog-eat-dog urban environment of
Dickens' London that Darwin reconceptualized nature in the image

female into a brutal, highly competitive male. Many people have

males, some of whom are reacting to the gains made by women as

that it threatens to re-establish a single human standard, one

[110] The desperate attempts of some men to re-institute a sexual
apartheid with clear ideas of hierarchical difference between
the sexes can be seen all around us. Examples include the

anorexic chic for women and super body-building as the ideal for
men, the Catholic Church's reiteration of its insistence that
women can never be priests, the redoubled efforts of the Nation
of Islam, Promise Keepers, and the Southern Baptist Convention
to subordinate women, widespread homophobia, the order of the
Taliban government in Afghanistan that all women be veiled and
all men grow beards, the immense sales of a book whose title
asserts that men and women are from different planets, and the
proliferation of vulgar sexual language that is rooted in the
claim that men are superior to women.
[111] The last mentioned of these phenomena -- what can be seen as
"verbal mounting" (the equivalent of a dominant male primate
mounting a subordinated male and simulating intercourse) --
provides a fascinating area in which to explore the deep-seated
and ubiquitous effects of the subordination of women and
everything associated with them.
[112] The situation in which men and women find themselves today is
more uncertain than any other in history. Now that the principal
role to which women have been assigned since before the
beginning of recorded history has declined in importance, women
and men alike find themselves in need of useful roles -- roles
which in neither case clearly follow from biology. If not
identical, these roles will overlap to a greater extent than
appears to have been the case in any society or time period of
which we know. This is much more threatening to men, especially
43 sexually insecure men, than it is to women, but the decline in a
role that has so long and to such a large extent "defined" women
presents psychological dangers for them, as well.
[113] The first step in attempting to deal with the misshaping of
the human experience that has been a direct consequence of the
misunderstanding of reproductive power that took hold some six
thousand years ago is to reject the idea that God is male. The
second is to try, at last, to realize just how catastrophic the
consequences of accepting the implications of the seed metaphor
have been and to accept instead the conclusions about sexual
equality towards which our modern understanding of the true
nature of procreative power point.
[114] Acceptance of full and genuine equality between the sexes --
something that has never happened in recorded history -- has the
potential to transform fundamentally the way humans look at the

[163] Background: AIDS: Special Virus Cancer Program:
―Birth Rates Must Come Down More Quickly Or Current Death Rates Must Go Up. There Is No Other Way.‖ -- Robert McNamara, Worldbank President, 1970; previously Secretary of Defence from 1961 to 1968229
[164] In July 1969 Dr. MacArthur, Director of the U.S. Army Advanced
Research Project Agency (ARPA) appeared before Congress, stating
that ―within a period of 5-10 years it would be possible to
produce a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not
naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have
been acquired.‖ 230
[165] According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Dr. John Martin, a
Professor of Pathology at the University of Southern California,
& the Director of the Center for Complex Infectious Diseases,
former director of the Viral Oncology Branch of the FDA's Bureau
of Biologics, the government's principal human vaccines agency,
this ‗synthetic biological agent‘ is AIDS, created with $10
million, as required231.
[166] Dr. MacArthur added that ―it is a highly controversial issue
and there are many who believe such research should not be
undertaken lest it lead to another method of massive killing of
large populations.‖232

70 [167] On October 2, 1970, 15 months after Dr. MacArthur requested an
appropriation for AIDS development, Robert McNamara, now World
Bank President, made a speech to international bankers in which
he identified population growth as ―the gravest issue that the
world faces over the years ahead,‖ arguing that population
growth was leading to instability, that a 10 billion world
population would not be ―controllable.‖ 233
[168] McNamara predicted that ―it is not a world that any of us
would want to live in. Is such a world inevitable? It is not
sure but there are two possible ways by which a world of 10
billion people can be averted. Either the current birth rates
must come down more quickly or the current death rates must go
up. There is no other way.‖234
[169] Dr. Horowitz‘s book ―Emerging Viruses‖ explores the geo-
political background prior to the appearance of AIDS, and
reviews the vaccines studies conducted in New York City and
Central West Africa, by the Special Virus program, under the
auspices of the National Cancer Institute and the World Health
Organisation. Experiments such as the Merck contract suggesting
an Iatrogenic origin of AIDS, where Feline Leukema/Sarcoma,
Herpes virus, and Monkey cancer viruses were being combined,
which led to the Pilot Hepatitus B Vaccines235 partially prepared

[170] Special Virus Cancer Program documentation includes a flow
chart, which links all the 20,000 scientific papers, proving a
―candidate‖ virus was developed and mass produced,237 and the US-
USSR agreement under which Biological Weapons including the most
advanced cancer viruses were traded during the Cold War238, in
terms of ―A Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the
study of microbiology, immunology, and molecular biology of
cancer viruses was first signed on November 18, 1972,‖ which
―established procedures for joint studies through the exchange
of information, materials and scientists between the two
countries.‖ A partial list of US and USSR researchers, including
Dr. Robert Gallo (the discoverer of AIDS) of the NCI, traded the
most advanced methods and materials in field of molecular
biology, bacteriology & virology during the Cold War, including
―large scale production of human virus‖.
[171] In Merck vaccine scientist Dr. Maurice Hilleman admitted
presence of SV40, AIDS and cancer viruses in vaccines, Mike
Adams writes that ―One of the most prominent vaccine scientists
in the history of the vaccine industry -- a Merck scientist --
made a recording where he openly admits that vaccines given to
Americans were contaminated with leukemia and cancer viruses. In

72 response, his colleagues (who are also recorded here) break out
into laughter and seem to think it's hilarious. They then
suggest that because these vaccines are first tested in Russia,
they will help the U.S. win the Olympics because the Russian
athletes will all be ―loaded down with tumors.‖ (Thus, they knew
these vaccines caused cancer in humans.) This isn't some
conspiracy theory -- these are the words of a top Merck
scientist who probably … thought this would remain a secret
forever. When asked why this didn't get out to the press, he
replied ―Obviously you don't go out, this is a scientific affair
within the scientific community.‖‖
[172] In Drug Money, Counterpunch expose ―the huge salaries pulled
down by the heads of many non-profit AIDS organizations‖ while
―pharmaceuticals comprise the most profitable legal industry in
America, with profits four times above the average of the
Fortune 500‖, who are ―pumping money into AIDS groups,‖ which
has ―effectively co-opted many‖.239
[173] The Special Virus Cancer Program documentation was submitted
into the ‗Iatrogenic Origins of AIDS‘ Eco-terrorism Trial240 in
George, South Africa; with the permission of the US Embassy in
Pretoria (USAID USMC Sgt. Hubbard).

73 [175] On 18 June 2002 (Phi Day241 and President Mbeki‘s 60th
birthday) Amici made a bomb threat to the P.W. Botha
International airport in George and then turned herself into the
Police, based upon the political necessity of exposing SA‘s
Truth and Reconciliation Fraud (including the ANC / Mandela‘s
‗Operation Production‘ forced sex and forbidden contraceptives
policy and its Youth Bulge contribution to Apartheid violence
and the media‘s coverup of overpopulation-environment-terrorism
connections).
[176] The Prosecution proceeded to attempt to have Amici certified
as insane, arresting her without a warrant and sent to Lentegeur
Psychiatric Hospital in Capetown. Amici escaped and hitch-hiked
to Pretoria to the US Embassy, where USMC Sgt. Peter Hubbard
intervened to demand Lentegeur Forensic Psychiatrist‘s provide
the required Arrest Warrant & Referral documentation.
[177] The trial proceeded with the Prosecutor continuing her efforts
to have Amici certified as insane in order to deny her a
political necessity trial and thereby to suppress the Iatrogenic
Origins of AIDS documentation into the SA court public record.
Amici filed dozens of complaints to the Prosecutor‘s Office,
Public Protector, Magistrates Commission, etc; to no avail.
[178] On 31 January 2012, Amici returned to court and found the same
Prosecutor: Ms. Sipoyo still in charge of her case. Amici
refused to proceed with the ‗corrupt black kaffir242 bitch
prosecutor‘ and any ‗corrupt white kaffir magistrate‘ who

74 refused to remove the ‗corrupt black kaffir bitch prosecutor‘,
from her case. The Magistrate ordered Amici to apologize,
whereupon she responded with ‗Fuck You‘ to him very loudly a few
times, including showing him her middle finger. She was
convicted of 3 counts of contempt and sentenced to a year in
George Women‘s Prison (2 x 3 m; 1 x 6 m), where she served her
full sentence and was denied parole or community service. She
was also denied the right to appeal (court refuse to place her
appeal on court roll).
[179] None of the critics of the court who found Pussy Riot‘s
conviction and sentence ‗disproportionate‘ have ever had one
word of criticism for the ANC or Nelson Mandela‘s endorsement of
‗Operation Production‘ forced sex and forbidden contraceptives
policy to use African women as their cannon fodder brood sows
against Apartheid. None have ever had one word of criticism for
Mandela‘s and the ANC‘s endorsement of Amici‘s prison sentence
for ‗insulting the court‘. Russia‘s Protest Movement have been
silent. Russian Intellectuals & Artists have been silent.
Western Newspapers have been silent. Western Pop Music Elite
have been silent. Amnesty International have been silent. The US
State Dept. have been silent. The British Government have been
silent. The Swedish government have been silent. The European
Commission have been silent. Human Rights Watch have been
silent. The German Parliament – the Bundestag - have been
silent. British MP and Shadow Foreign Office Minister for Human
Rights, Kerry McCarthy, has been silent. Irish Socialist Party
75 MEP Paul Murphy has been silent. Former Soviet leader and Nobel prize winner Mikhail Gorbachev has been silent. Poland‘s legendary dissident Lech Walesa has been silent.
CONCLUSION
The Amici respectfully urges the Court to support Pussy Riot to receive a Truthseeker retrial, if they want a Truthseeker retrial, where their trial is based on ecocentric truthseeking legal principles, not left vs right wing human farming war economy propaganda warfare. If the defendants do request a
Truthseeker retrial, Amici recommends that such court, provide primary access to journalists or publications who practice scientific journalism, and decline access to journalists who practice left vs right wing propaganda warfare.
