The above fares are applicable for both one way and round trip journey. 2. This fare is applicable for sale by all B3 (Bhutan Airlines) agents and offices. 3. This fare is applicable to all nationals. 4. Tour conductor’s rebate is applicable on this fare. 5. Child Discount: 33% off on the above full published fares. 6. Infant Discount: 90% off on the above full published fares. 7. Student Discount: 30% off on the above full published fares with 10 kgs of extra baggage permitted 8. Cancellation policy: a. Full refund permitted for tickets cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of travel after deducting the administrative charge of USD10. b. No refund for tickets cancelled less than 72 hours from the date of travel. All applicable taxes are refundable. 9. 15% excursion discount permitted on all the above fares and the conditions are as follows. a. This fare is applicable only on round trip journey. b. Tour conductor’s rebate is not applicable on this fare. c. Cancellation policy: i. 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel after paying the administrative charge of USD10. ii. 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled less than 31 – last 11 days from the date of travel with no administrative charge. iii. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled less than 11- last 04 days from the date of travel with no administrative charge. iv. No refund permitted for tickets cancelled less than 03 days from the date of travel. All applicable taxes are refundable. 10. Administrative charge: USD10. 11. No-show policy: a. If you book more than 45 days from the date of travel, ticketing time limit of 01 months is permitted. 2. Less than 31 days and prior to 15 days, ticketing time limit of 01 week is permitted. 3. Less than 15 days ticketing time limit is not permitted. BLOCK PURCHASE 1. Initial booking, we allow ticketing time limit as per the Reservation Policy. 2. Thereafter, full deposit of airfare should be made. Applicable taxes will be collected at the time of issuance of the ticket. 3. The tickets need to be issued atleast 15 days prior to the date of travel. 4. Name change allowed without any charge. 5. Cancellation Policy: a. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled 30days prior to the date of travel. b. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled less than 31days – last 16days from the date of travel. c. No refund permitted for tickets cancelled less than 16 days from the date of travel.
