Abstract Naturalization and invasion of foreign origin plants is a process that accompanies the introduction and migration of plants, which is closely connected to human agricultural activities. In many cases, as a result of human activities, many plants of foreign origin settle in cenoses. A clear example of purposeful or accidentally invasion of plants is the East Asian plant Maclura tricuspidata (Cudrania tricuspidata). The aim of this research was therefore to describe Maclura tricuspidata spread in the Kolkheti lowland - in agro and secondary cenoses, for this reason we held botanical expeditions and phonic descriptions, identified the Maclura tricuspidata, described the mother plant or the first planted specimen, and the growths that developed around it. As studies has shown the Maclura tricuspidata characterized high potential of propagation and distribution. It is wide spread in agrocenoses and causes various problems. The study revealed a high potential for invasiveness. Keywords: cudrang; Georgia, invasion; Kolkheti lowland; Maclura tricuspidata; sucker. Formulation of the problem: The spread of (Willd.)
