The Commission has further taken into consideration that the inter- mediate storage facility for irradiated fuel resulting from that modification could remain in operation after decommissioning and dismantling of the existing plant. Following consultation with the group of experts, the Commission has drawn up the following opinion: (a) The planned modification requires no changes to the existing authorised limits for gaseous and liquid discharges. (b) The planned modification has no consequences in relation to the solid radioactive waste arising from the operation of the existing plant. Mesozoic salt tectonics in the Toulon Belt, Eastern Provence : Inversion of a salt-rich fault zone Vincent Wicker and Mary Ford CRPG, University of Lorraine, Nancy, France Detailed structural and stratigraphic field mapping is used to reconstruct the Jurassic to Late Cretaceous diapiric and tectonic evolution of the Toulon Fault Zone, eastern Beausset Syncline and Toulon Belt, southern France, which represents the easternmost vestige of the Pyrenean orogen in Provence. This complex salt-rich area records a complete history from Jurassic-early Cretaceous subsidence and Aptian-Albian oblique rifting to Late Cretaceous Pyrenean-Provençal shortening. Halokinetic sequences and geometries were preserved principally on the northern flank of the Mont Caume salt diapir sourced from the Upper Triassic Keuper unit. Our field observations are best explained by a model where halokinetic activity interacted with regional deviatoric stresses from early-Jurassic to Santonian/Campanian times. Halokinetic wedges of Jurassic and Early Cretaceous carbonates thin toward the diapir, recording early salt mobilisation. Inverted relics of Apto-Albian rift depocenters are aligned along the northern margin of the Toulon Belt and the adjacent Bandol belt that lies to the west. The Turonian-Coniacian Revest depocenter developed due to localized strong asymmetrical growth of the Mont Caume diapir. The three-dimensional form and growth of the diapir controlled lateral migration of the Revest depocenter, thickness variations, progressive unconformities, and the westward increase in stratal overturning of a flap.

Avec près de 17 millions de visiteurs annuels, dont près de 12 millions de voyageurs*, la gare de Nantes se situe à la 6e place des gares les plus fréquentées de France (hors Île-de-France) et à la première de la région des Pays de la Loire. Au cœur d’un territoire dynamique - en termes démographiques et économiques - la gare avait besoin de s’agrandir, de se moderniser, de gagner en confort et en accessibilité pour le plus grand bénéfice des voyageurs et des passants. Ensemble, l’Europe, l’État, la Région des Pays de la Loire, le Département de Loire-Atlantique, Nantes Métropole et le groupe SNCF se sont concertés pour proposer un projet répondant à trois grands enjeux : Un enjeu d’urbanisme Signée de l’architecte international Rudy Ricciotti et construite par le pôle Construction de DEMATHIEU BARD dans le cadre d’un groupement interne réunissant l’agence Infrastructures – Génie Civil Ouest et André BTP, la gare de Nantes s’inscrit dans un vaste projet urbain de transformation de la centralité métropolitaine.

Il est le fruit d'un travail commun entre les services de l’État, les principaux acteurs techniques du territoire et les représentants des assureurs de l'observatoire national des risques naturels. Les crues de janvier 2014 dans le Var ont particulièrement touché les 4 communes littorales suivantes : Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures, Bormes-Les-Mimosas et Le Lavandou. L’étude explore la possibilité d’établir un cadre pour le retour d’expérience d’un tel évènement, pris sous l’angle des dégâts et des dysfonctionnements. Elle conclut que les éléments disponibles ne permettent pas une exploitation de détail, mais permettent tout de même de capitaliser des informations utiles au retour d'expérience et à l'anticipation d'une gestion de crise. Ce rapport dresse enfin le bilan de l’évènement : 2 morts, 1400 interventions, 1800 logements inondés, 600 véhicules endommagés.
