OUIGO OPERATING FROM OF , WITH SERVICE TO THE FROM PARIS- STATION

Ouigo, SNCF’s low-cost high-speed service, continues to stake out positions in the French capital, announcing departures and arrivals at Paris- station starting 9 December. This is the third Paris rail station to offer Ouigo service in under a year, after Paris- at year-end 2017 and Paris-Est in July 2018. Passengers will be able to choose from 11 destinations in southern —all starting or terminating at France’s largest rail station. And all at the same very low fares.

ALL ABOARD OUIGO FOR DESTINATIONS IN SOUTH-EASTERN FRANCE

11 new destinations, all at budget fares

Ouigo already carries travellers to destinations in south-eastern France from two Paris Region stations—Massy and Roissy CDG airport. Adding departures and arrivals at Paris-Lyon station represents a new milestone, with 11 destinations now served from Paris and Paris Region stations.

• 5 cities served from Paris-Lyon station: Lyon Saint-Exupéry, , Aix-en- TGV, and Valence, with service still available from Paris Region stations in la Vallée and Roissy CDG • 6 new destinations from Paris-Gare de Lyon station: , Cannes, Antibes, , Saint-Raphaël and Les Arcs .

There’s news, too, for passengers heading northward: Ouigo also serves -Flandres station. Which means passengers can depart from Lille city centre and travel to: • the Paris Region: Marne-la-Vallée, Roissy Charles de Gaulle • : Lyon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence TGV, Avignon • : TGV Haute-Picardie

Sales open on 11 October

Starting 11 October—when Ouigo winter and spring tickets go on sale—travellers will be able to book travel to 28 destinations across France, including service to 11 destinations originating and terminating at Paris-Lyon station. Over 11 million Ouigo tickets will be available for travel from 9 December 2018 through 5 July 2019 at www.ouigo.com or with the Ouigo app, plus authorized sales offices. Travellers can take advantage of this offer to book travel for this year’s Christmas holidays, and to get a head start on holidays and weekend getaways planned for the first half of 2019.

OUIGO: 5 SUCCESSFUL YEARS CARRYING 33 MILLION TRAVELLERS

A revolution in low-cost rail travel

Five years on, Ouigo is continuing to gather speed and aims to carry 26 million new passengers between now and 2020, representing 25% of total French high-speed rail traffic.

The figures speak for themselves, confirming the success of Ouigo’s bold bid to promote low-cost rail service:

• 33 million passengers since 2013, with operating at over 80% capacity, representing a striking 13% of total high-speed travellers by the end of 2018. • New passenger target met: without Ouigo, 6 in 10 travellers would not have taken the train in 2018, and one in three would not have travelled at all, according to a TNS Sofres survey conducted in summer 2018. • Low-cost fare targets met: over 5 years, 65% of customers travelled at fares under €25.

At year -end 2018, Ouigo will account for 13% of total high- spee d rail service in France, with: • 28 destinations across France • 13 million passengers • 48 daily departures • 24 trainsets

In 2020, Ouigo will represent 25% of high-speed rail in France, with: • 30 destinations • 26 million passengers • 70 daily departures • 34 trainsets

An exceptional offer to celebrate five years in business

Ouigo launched its low-cost service on 13 September 2017. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, it invites travellers to take part in an extra-special birthday offer: • A flash sale with over 100,000 tickets at prices between €10 and €16, available only on 13 September, for travel between 20 September and 4 November to all destinations. • Special in-station events at Marne la Vallée, Paris-Montparnasse and . • Special events aboard trains including gifts for youngsters (“Happy Families” card game, coloring books, crayons and more)
