Doors of instructors and managers are always open to students. Also, Academic Advisors are in close relationships to students in order to guide and follow them during their 4-year education program. What Are The Other Opportunities Provided for Undergraduate Students?

Students are encouraged to participate national and international meetings, make poster presentation, apply for competitions and perform art activities as well as folk dancing.

They can also be employed in different units as part time student employees. In addition, Anadolu University scholarship is allocated to our students through General Directorate of Higher Education Loans and Dormitories Institution.

Students from different departments of our faculty get together to participate national and international competitions such as TÜBİTAK FORMULA-G Solar Car and Hydromobile Competitions. Anadolu University contributes to this process in terms of motivation, background, consultant, equipment and support personnel.

Projects prepared by all of our senior students are presented to industry representatives at National Project Exhibition with the support of TÜBİTAK and Eskişehir Chamber of Industry. How About the Employment Possibilities? Where Do The Graduates Work?

Due to the design and innovation needs of the world and our country, the interest in engineering has been continuously growing for the last 30 years. Our graduates are being preferred for their analytical thinking and problem solving abilities in the numerous business sectors such as business administration, human resources, sales and marketing, banking, telecommunication, defense industry, etc. The education quality of our faculty is high thanks to its expert and competent academic staff, strong infrastructure and laboratory facilities, accredited departments, national and international exchange programs, international dual degree opportunities, university – industry business alliance. Our graduates work for national and international public and private corporations and institutions, continue their academic career or start their own individual business.

What is the Meaning of Program Accreditation?

In our faculty, all programs are accredited by MÜDEK (Engineering Education Programs Evaluation and Accreditation Association) by providing all necessary criteria. These criteria consist of numerous subjects such as ‘learning outcomes’ of courses, the structure of courses, the comprehensive selective course options, improvement of all courses and the graduates’ usage of their learning acquisitions in professional life. The stakeholders’ (sector, society etc.) expectations from our graduates are considered in the process.

At the beginning of 2009, MÜDEK was authorized to give EUR-ACE label certificate by ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education). Also it became a member (Full Signatory) of IEA (International Engineering Alliance) Washington Accord. Therefore; MÜDEK has started to give EUR- ACE label certificate and documents to our graduates which provide them international recognition. How to Apply for Master’s and Ph.D. Programs?

All of the departments of our faculty have master’s and Ph.D. programs after bachelor degree in order to enhance the expertness in engineering. Students are selected and accepted to these programs in accordance with the quota and success rating.

During the post-graduate education students are motivated by the academic staff to turn their thesis into projects supported by TÜBİTAK and other projects funds and SAN-TEZ programs provided by Ministry of Technology and Industry to create a national added value as a result of their thesis.
