Bank syndicate led by DVB Bank SE completed a US$175 million financing of a 34 portfolio for Polsteam Group

Frankfurt/Main, 2 May 2019 – A bank syndicate led by DVB Bank SE (DVB), the international transport finance specialist, successfully closed the financing of 34 bulk carriers for Polsteam Group. The syndicate consisted of the following institutions: DVB Bank (Mandated Lead Arranger & Bookrunner), CIT Group (Lead arranger), Société Générale (Co-arranger), BNP Paribas (Co-arranger), Siemens Bank (Co-arranger), Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (Co-arranger) and Crédit Agricole Bank Polska (Co-arranger).
