RESUMEN En el presente estudio se elaboró el listado taxonómico actualizado de los gasterópodos de la planicie del arrecife “Verde”, en el Parque Nacional Sistema Arrecifal Veracruzano (PNSAV), Veracruz. Se realizaron siete salidas al área de estudio (junio de 2017 a septiembre de 2018), en las cuales se hicieron muestreos aleatorios, cubriendo un área de 275 m2. Se registró un total de 66 especies, reunidas en 50 géneros y 31 familias. Un total de 13 especies, nueve géneros y dos familias representan nuevos registros para el área de estudio. Con estos nuevos registros, la riqueza específica para el arrecife “Verde” queda conformada por 109 especies, agrupadas en 71 géneros y 40 familias de gasterópodos. Based on their protoconch morphology and radula characters, the Dendropominae, Provannidae, Litiopidae and Sculptifer are considered as related taxa within the Cerithioidea. They are interpreted to have arisen from a common ancestor that lived during the Cretaceous, apparently parallel to the radiation of the Vermetidae. Molecular Phylogeny and Estimated Time of Divergence in the Central European Melanopsidae: Melanopsis, Fagotia and Holandriana (Mollusca: Gastropoda: Cerithioidea)

Férussac, 1828) from a spring near Crisul Negru (Romania), and Holandriana holandri (C. Pfeiffer, 1828) from Lake Skutari (Montenegro), as well as Melanopsis costata Oliver, 1804 from Iraq, are con- sidered is this paper. Eight partial sequences of ribosomal 18S, and seven of mitochondrial COI were analysed. Maximum likelihood trees based on 18S confirm the placement of the Melanopsidae within the Cerithioidea, as well as the monophyly of the latter group. The COI-based tree confirms the placement of the Melanopsidae within the Cerithioidea, but does not confirm the monophyly of either Melanopsidae or Cerithioidea. The re- sults suggest that Fagotia should be synonymised with Melanopsis, Holandriana is a distinct genus, and Melanopsis costata is not congeneric with M. parreyssii. The application of molecular clock, with one point cali- bration for COI for the Hydrobiidae, estimated the times of divergence as 2.53±0.56 Mya for M. parreyssii and F. acicularis, 9.49±1.67 Mya for M. parreyssii and H. holandri, and 10.71±1.88 Mya for F. acicularis and H. holandrii. 2.5 Mya coincides with the beginning of the glacial period in Europe, and 8–12 Mya was the time when Lake Pannon covered the largest area. -

These Modulidae belong to the Ame- rican groups Modulus modulus and Trochomodulus. In addition, three new species are described: Mo- dulus benoisti sp. nov. (Serravallian), Trochomodulus stampinicus sp. nov. (Rupelian), which is close to Trochomodulus sublaevigatus (ORBIGNY, 1852), a Chattian species, and Incisilabium trochiformis sp. nov. (Priabonian). The latter is the oldest known Modulidae, together with Incisilabium parisiensis (DE- SHAYES, 1832) (Middle Eocene) that was previously classified in the Trochidae. These results show that the paleobiogeography and origin of the family Modulidae need to be reconsidered.
