Billy Graham Statue Will Stand in U.S. Capital Display Exciting News just came announcing that on October 2, Governor Pat McCrory of North Carolina, signed House Bill 540 approving the statue of Dr. Billy Graham will stand in U.S. Capital Display. Governor McCrory said that “It was something that came from the heart of public officials who represent all of North Carolina, because we think Dr. Graham represents the soul of North Carolina.” This great News comes at a time when Dr. Graham celebrates his 97th birthday. Over the years, Dr. Billy Graham has been a great encouragement to the ECF Global Ministry, especially during the years while Dr. J. Edwin Orr was helping Dr. Gih in Evangelistic Outreach around the world. Now, we are thankful for the vision and encouragement of Dr. Franklin Graham and his team.
