The Divine Structure of Unfolding of Heaven and Earth BS”D TABLE OF CONTEXT General Parzufim- Deep overview of the Parzufim P. 1 ATIK AND ARICH ANPIN IDRA RAMA p.111 ABBA and IMMA P.163 Yisrael Saba and Tevuna Z'a-----Zeir Anpin P.202 Yaakov and Yisrael NAKAVAH p.268 Rachel and Leah PARZUFIM General Parzufim There are 5 parzufim of Atzilut. Each contains 5 parzufim. Each has 613 parts and is in the image of man.1 These parts include 248 limbs and 365 sinews. Each parzuf has 7 "Hachalot" (palaces). Each and every parzuf of A”k, Atzilut Bria Yetzera and Asiyah includes the parzufim called : Brain, Bone, Sinews, skin and parzuf Flesh. 2 The 5 parzufim of Yoshir are not in complete “yichud” as is proper, even in their first 3 sefirot.3 The 11 spices of incence coorespond to 11 gaps between the parzufim. Rabbi Yakov Abuchitzera teaches that there are 11 main sparks, curses, and spices in the incense and they correspond to Abba, imma, Yisrael Saba, Tevunah and the 7 sefirot of Zu'n of Bria Yetzera and Asyiah.4 11 sefirot are 11 aspects of the kings who died. They are 7 from Zu”n and 4 from the back of Abba Imma and Yesoit.5 The shattering was only in the aspect of the back of Aba and Ima, and the front and back of Zu"n. It was not enough to tikun only the 7 lower sefirot of Zu"n, but also the first 3 sefirot that did not die. So they may be able to recieve light. It is written "Because they have desecrated your Torah" because in the beginning the upper lights were nullified and there shattered the vessels of Zu"n. This was the aspect of Tohu. It could not handle the massive light. A"k reaches to the end of all worlds. A"k needed to make tikun of the Malchut, in the idea of (making) parzufim. Through this there would be able for the worlds to endure. The "desecrated Torah" referred to here was Zu"n of Atzilut.6 The Emek HaMelech teaches that Hashem desired ot reveal and actualize A"k from Keter of Keter. Head of .from Chuchmah of Keter of Arich and from Malchut of A"k are 7 tikunim of Atzilut and its Chabad אין 1 Yadid Nefesh 2 Arba Maot Shekal kessef p.20-Ar’i, Rachavot HaNahar p.47 3 Safer Leshem 4 Patachy Chotam p.251 5 Shomer Emunim p.137 6 R. "Tal , אין Arich is made between Keter Arich and Keter of Arich by Givurah of Malchut of A"k. The "karum of Avir" makes אין deblucha" makes Chuchmah of through Teferet of Malchut of A"k. The will of wills is made from Chesed and אין Bina of Arich. and white hairs) is made from) עמר נקי .and Arich through Netzauch of Malchut of A"k אין Netzauch of אין and Arich, by Hod of Malchut A"k. The Nose is made through Malchut of אין Givurah and Hod of and Arich through Malchut A"k. This is the head that illuminates all Atzilut. His hair spreads through The midot of : Hashem כמוך מי אל and Arich we remember אין The 13 dikna of .עמר נקי tikun of are in Arich. Aba and Ima are from Mazel "Notzer" and "Nake". Till the Belly of the heart א "ל Hashem of Aba and Ima is, the belly of the heart of Arich. They get new "mochin". Upon them go out 2 crowns from tikuney dikna of the head. By these "Mazelin" goes out Yeshoi"t. Arich dresses from the belly and below. There is Z"a, and Nakavah dresses Arich At the belly of Arich and Below. Good oil is the secret went out this is מ ”ה A”k is head of Atzilut.8 All was Tohu and Vohu till 7 .טוב of A”k. Making klipa Noga of Atzilut (real soul food the sparks rise) being The Nashama and its life force. Making Klipot Nogah of Bria of Good and Evil. As the “kidusha” in .ו ”ה =So to in Yetzera and Asiyah. Purifying the 7 kings that died. They being 11 the klipa is devided into 11 aspects. These are 10 sefirot “penimi”, Being the Nashamot and the life force in them, And one “makiff ” upon them. Parralel to these are the 11 spice of Incense.10 The Chadash" are" מ " ה Chadash" are Atik yamin (of Atzilut). The “nikudot” of" מ " ה tammim” of“ Chadash", is" מ " ה Chadash" are Aba and Ima. The “Otiot” (letters) of" מ " ה Arich. The “tagin” of Zu”n.11 Rabbi Yuhuda Petia teaches on the Idra With the “kadmonim” (ancients) the world of “Nikudim” is not called the “world of the shattering”. As the main thing to Hashem is the building of worlds. “Olam Nikudim” is established as one complete parzuf, it is Atik and below. Arich and Atik of Atzilut dress to Olam Nikudim.12 All 10 of the sefirot is a complete parzuf except Teferet Dat and Yesod. Each of these includes 2 parzufim. So 9 sefirot are 12 parzufim. (Bina, Chuchmah, Dat-2 (Atik and Arich) Chesed,Givurah, Teferet-2 ( Yisrael and Yaakov) ,Netzauch, Hod,Yesod-2 (Rachel and Leah) .13 Parzuf Yisrael cooresponds to Leah and Yaakov corresponds to Rachel.14 The Emek HaMelech teaches that Yisrael and Yaakov corespond to Z”a and Nakavah in the Yesod of Arich15 faces), 12 Holy parzufim to the Nashamot. When She looks down and is Rachel. Ten Faces which are really twelve. For Atik, and Arikh both have their feminine counterparts. Twelve are One, and the One is manifest in twelve. These are the channels through which the primordial Light of Ayn Sof flows to all the worlds16 Each parzuf is made of all 5 making a total of 25 parzufim.17 Each of these 25 pazufim is made of 5 parzufim making 7 Emek HaMelech 8 Emek HaMelech 9 Safer Leshem 10 Nahar Shalom p.110 11 Rabbi Ashlag 12 R. As Atik dresses up to the belly of A"k. Ayn Sof only dresses in the upper head of Atik.19 The Emek Ha Melech teaches that the main part of Atik is Ayn Sof. All "kidusha" (Holiness) is from Arich, whether it is of Aba, Ima Z"a or Nakavah it is from Arich.20 In time that there is arroused Arich in Z"a. These mochin (of z"a) are of comprehension.21 At times the 13 These 13 tikunim .אלהי ”ם dikna are revealed in all parzufim. They are the 13 letters of the miloy of are the source of all parzufim of Atzilut, and in the time they need light it is drawn in them. All 13 tikuney dikna are a aspect of parzufim them selves, being lower mazel in the aspect of yesod. As all Nh”y is aspect of nipples. But 13 dikna are included in keter and Chuchmah of the skull. Lower mazel is the aspect of chesed of Keter. This is Z”a.22 All arousal is according to “mazel”. “Mazel” is a partnership from outside of their heads, until the belly of Arich where they (the Nashama) end (has its upper most source).. This is what it is speaking of when it says all is enjoined in “mazel”. Upper mazel includes lower “mazel”(stars and constellations) which are Nakavah. Upper mazel is the male whiteness (Keter) above. In their end Aba and Ima are with Holy mazel of Atik (mazel atik reaches till here). But all with Atik is “stomim” (closed). These are one’s who do not bless Hashem (to them upper mazel is closed). To them Aba does not call.23. All Parzufim of Bria, Yetzera and Asiyah go out of Zu'n of Atzilut.24 Above A”k (Adam Kadmon) is worlds of the Ayn sof. There are many hidden and concieled worlds above A”k. Concerning these in all his books Chyim Vital did not speak. They have many different kinds of high lights. These are between Ayn Sof and Makiff of A”k. A”k is what goes out of Ayn-sof to Atzilut. Atzilut is drawn from only the 7 lower sefirot of Akudim.. A”k is in the aspect of 3 kav, cord) of) חוט of man.25 The parzuf of the צלם דמות including 10 sefirot having 248 limbs and is in Ayn Sof is most hidden above from Olam Malvush.

  • Supernal Wisdom
Celestial Grace Temple English Zohar – Supernal Wisdom Zohar Book 7 - Supernal Wisdom: 40. Rabbi Yudai asked, “What does the word BERESHEET mean?” It is the wisdom, upon which the world, ZA, is established to enter the concealed supernal secrets, namely the Light of Bina. Here are the six Supernal and great properties, VAK de Bina, from which everything emerges. The six river mouths, VAK de ZA, that flow into the Great Sea (Malchut) were formed from them. The word BERESHEET consists of the words BARAH (created) and SHEET (Aramaic: six), meaning that six properties were created. Who created them? He who is unmentioned, concealed, and unknown: Arich Anpin. There are two types of Ohr Hochma (Light of Wisdom) in the world of Atzilut: 1. The original Light, Ohr Hochma of AA, called “the concealed Ohr Hochma.” This Light of Hochmais present only in Partzuf AA and does not spread to the lower Partzufim. 2. Ohr Hochma that descends via thirty-two paths from Bina, who ascended to Rosh de AA to receive Ohr Hochma and pass it to ZA. Hence, the word Beresheet means Be-Resheet, with-Hochma. However, this is not the true Ohr Hochma that is concealed in AA, but rather the Light that descends via thirty-two paths from Bina to ZA and sustains ZON. It is written that the world is established on the “concealed supernal secrets.” Copyright © 2014 celestialgrace.org 1 Celestial Grace Temple English Zohar – Supernal Wisdom For when ZON (called “world”) receive the Light of Hochma of thirty- two paths, they ascend to AVI, the concealed supernal secrets.

  • The Erotics of Kabbalah Or How to Read Naughty Texts! Remember Those
The erotics of kabbalah or how to read naughty texts! Remember those chapters the bible school teacher missed out? Or the Rebbe in cheder, suddenly skipping “inappropriate” bits of the Talmud? Well here we are again in the Zohar And my earliest recollections were my father’s admonition NOT to read it! That Zohar…“full of erotica!” he claimed, that man from Vienna, the very city of sin! The city of Freud and the invention of innuendo! That man, my father! How do we read the notion of yichudim? Those couplings or copulations,1 Shall we sanitize it like Chabad (“a unification of supernal elements in (and by) one's mystical devotions in prayer”)? For yichudim literally means unification as in coupling as engaged in marital bonding between the male and female… So by what audacious slight of pen does kabbalah project such unifications onto the divine? We are told (Rabbi Akiva none the less!) that the book of Song of Songs is a metaphor for the holiest aspects of the divine-human relationship. An erotic poem is the only text that seems to come close to express such a love. Yet is fully described and incarnated in the fleshiness of the description of lovemaking. Despite its fleshiness it is called the “Holy of Holies” and we are repeatedly instructed to not take this literally, for how can something so holy be taken literally. So we are trained to read allegorically. The anthropomorphic statements about God were the first to be allegorized away by our embarrassed medievalists and we are told to midrashically “misread” the texts that depict in real time the lovemaking or yichudim described with such graphic detail.

  • Shaar Hayichud the Gate of Unity by the Holy Rabbi Dov Ber of Lubavitch
Shaar HaYichud The Gate of Unity By The Holy Rabbi Dov Ber of Lubavitch Translated and Annotated by Shimon Markel Edited by Rabbi A. Markel Copyright © 2004 Chapter Thirty Three From all of the above1 we understand the matter of a single Hitbonenut-contemplation of the many particulars which come together as one general [overarching principle] that includes them all. This is similar to [the matter of] “Whatever HaShem desires He has done in the heavens and the earth etc”.2 The root of this “desire of HaShem” is rooted in the first source (which is called Yachid – Singular etc). This is the aspect of the essential Heyulie desire for kindness in the Essence of the Infinite Light (Atzmoot Ohr Ein Sof) which is [an] absolutely simple [singularity]. This [desire for kindness] is similar to the essentially good and kind nature embedded in the essence of the soul (as explained above in chapter ten). Once it arose in G-d’s will and desire to bestow goodness in a particular way from this general heyulie light,3 [this desire] descended with a great chaining down. [Nonetheless], all [this was] still within Himself [and was still] in the aspect of Infinity (Ein Sof), until this desire reached the aspects of Netzach and Hod of the externality of the vessel of the “Heart”. In other words, [it reached] the external emotions (Midot) of Malchut of the Infinite (Ain Sof), even though as it is there, [in Malchut of Ein Sof] it completely transcends the aspect of limitations of lights within vessels. Rather, it all is literally in an aspect of Infinity (Ein Sof), as “He estimated it within Himself”.4 Afterwards, there was a Tzimtzum [withdrawal] and it descended by means of the aspect of the Line (Kav) within the ten sefirot of Circles (Igullim) etc, until the aspect of Keter of Adam Kadmon.5 [Now, Keter of Adam Kadmon] is the source of the concealed desire (Ratzon HaNe’elam) which becomes revealed as the “desire for the desire” within Keter of Atik Yomin 1 This refers to all the preceding chapters (at least from ten through thirty two).

  • Tanya Sources.Pdf
The Way to the Tree of Life Jewish practice entails fulfilling many laws. Our diet is limited, our days to work are defined, and every aspect of life has governing directives. Is observance of all the laws easy? Is a perfectly righteous life close to our heart and near to our limbs? A righteous life seems to be an impossible goal! However, in the Torah, our great teacher Moshe, Moses, declared that perfect fulfillment of all religious law is very near and easy for each of us. Every word of the Torah rings true in every generation. Lesson one explores how the Tanya resolved these questions. It will shine a light on the infinite strength that is latent in each Jewish soul. When that unending holy desire emerges, observance becomes easy. Lesson One: The Infinite Strength of the Jewish Soul The title page of the Tanya states: A Collection of Teachings ספר PART ONE לקוטי אמרים חלק ראשון Titled הנקרא בשם The Book of the Beinonim ספר של בינונים Compiled from sacred books and Heavenly מלוקט מפי ספרים ומפי סופרים קדושי עליון נ״ע teachers, whose souls are in paradise; based מיוסד על פסוק כי קרוב אליך הדבר מאד בפיך ובלבבך לעשותו upon the verse, “For this matter is very near to לבאר היטב איך הוא קרוב מאד בדרך ארוכה וקצרה ”;you, it is in your mouth and heart to fulfill it בעזה״י and explaining clearly how, in both a long and short way, it is exceedingly near, with the aid of the Holy One, blessed be He. "1 of "393 The Way to the Tree of Life From the outset of his work therefore Rav Shneur Zalman made plain that the Tanya is a guide for those he called “beinonim.” Beinonim, derived from the Hebrew bein, which means “between,” are individuals who are in the middle, neither paragons of virtue, tzadikim, nor sinners, rishoim.

  • Lesson Four Mystical Experiences, Ascetic Practices
LESSON FOUR MYSTICAL EXPERIENCES, ASCETIC PRACTICES TEXT ONE --- Shlomo Alkabetz, in Joseph Karo’s Maggid Mesharim, introduction Know that the saint and I, his and your humble servant, belonging to our company, agreed to stay up all night in order to banish sleep from our eyes on Shavuot. We succeeded, thank God, so that, as you will hear, we ceased not from study for even a moment. This is the order I arranged for that night. First, we read the Torah with a pleasant melody from the beginning until: And the heaven and the earth were finished. (Gen. 2:1-3) Then we read: In the third month (Ex. 19:1) to the end of the section. Then in the section Mishpatim from: And unto Moses he said (Ex. 24:1) to the end of the section. Then in the section Va’etchanan from: And Moses called unto all Israel (Deut. 5:1) to the end of the section: Hear, O Israel. (Deut. 6:9) Then in section V’zot ha-berakhah from: And Moses went up to in the sight of all Israel. (Deut. 34) Then we read the haftarah: Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year (Ezek. 1) and the haftarah: A Prayer of Habakkuk. (Hab. 3) Then the Psalm: The heavens declare (Ps. 19) and the Psalm: Let God arise. (Ps. 68) Then we read the alphabetic acrostic without the songs. Then we read the whole of the Song of Songs, the whole of Ruth and the final verses of Chronicles. All this we did in dread and awe, with quite unbelievable melody and tunefulness.
