The CO explained that the APCD had been in the area at the same time the complainant reported observing the very strong glue odor but that the District only observed a burnt coffee odor. The CO explained that the District would continue investigating. The complainant called in an additional complaint the beginning of the following week for a glue/campfire odor. When the CO who took the call asked if it could be burnt coffee he agreed that it was possible. No objectionable odors were detected during the investigation of this complaint.

This investigation will remain open.
