Our History The name The Blue Man comes from the Saharan desert nomads called Tuaregs. The indigo dye used on their robes literally stains their skin blue – as a result, they are called ‘L’homme bleu’. The family run Blue Man Restaurant was established in Brighton in 1997. B’saha Alikum. Good health to you.
