During this conference which was held in Muscat, Oman in March Carlos F. Mendes de Leon Halima Qalam Al Hinai of 2015, world experts presented cutting edge research, analysis, and reviews on several Zahid Al Mandhari Adnan Munkarah aspects of the prevailing health of Arab communities across the globe. The paucity of data was alarming and hindered efforts to design public health programs to benefit these communities. Through concerted efforts organized by the scientific and administrative teams at ACCESS, a large network of scholars of Arab descent as well as others with an interest in the health of Arab communities embarked on a campaign to identify available data, gaps in knowledge, and opportunities for research. These concerned healthcare providers pooled their data and produced an impressive array of findings that have guided health research and education as well as innovation in this aspect of the medical sciences over the past 15 years. This conference, its six precursors, and the network of individuals and institutions linked to this conference, have acted as catalysts for growth in the areas of public health, mental health, social determinants of health and chronic disease management. It is noteworthy that this 7th conference had some unique features that will be apparent as you examine the ensuing manuscripts. We were fortunate to have an active partner in the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman which helped us take this conference to the next level and go beyond data collection and program design to the area of capacity building through collaboration and networking. This was the theme of this conference. We were delighted to have a large group of movers and shakers from Arab Communities in the Middle East and North Africa Region and from the countries of migration, work together with experts and concerned organizations across the globe to further the health of our communities. This conference established durable links among experts and institutions that will build capacity in health research, education and disease management. As you examine these proceedings of this landmark conference, we encourage you to plan to become part of future conferences that will build on the successes of this one and reap the fruits of collaborative research in the various themes discussed during the varied sessions of this 4-day conference. Please use this opportunity to establish collaborative efforts with hundreds of world experts in the fields of public health, mental health, social determinants of health and chronic disease prevention and management, and lay the seeds for collaborative projects that would help our communities deal with chronic and emerging conditions.     No.DMER/PGM-CET 2014/Question Paper/Notification No.5/2-A, Date : 28/01/2014. NOTIFICATION PGM-CET-2014 The Common Entrance Test for Postgraduate Medical Courses, PGM-CET-2014 was conducted on Sunday, 5th January, 2014 by Competent Authority appointed by Government of Maharashtra. The provisional result of the same is being declared on 28th January 2014. The subject experts have opined that seven (07) questions in the question paper of the aforesaid examination are defective. The Competent Authority, on the basis of the opinion and advice of the respective subject expert has taken a decision to make these seven (07) questions "non-evaluative / invalid". These questions carried one mark each for a correct answer. Therefore instead of reducing the maximum number of marks from 300 to 293, The Competent Authority has decided to allot one mark each for these defective MCQ to all candidates who appeared in this examination, thus keeping maximum marks as 300; unchanged. The details of "Non-evaluative/ Invalid" MCQ are shown in the Table No. - 1 at respective Sr. No. in each version. Drawn by California’s own economic and climatic diversity, the people who have settled there have international origins. Technological advances in communications and travel have the effect of shrinking our world and exposing our citizens to a much broader range of races, religions, and cultural differences than previous generations have had to deal with. More socioeconomic terms such as “Third World” and “Pacific Rim” have crept into our vocabularies, and the cultural homogeneity of our neighborhoods is increasingly apparent. The courts and other public agencies in our civil and criminal justice systems are among the first to be exposed to this cultural diversity.

The AA (acceptor, acceptor) hydrogen-bonding pattern present in the salt forms a complex readily with a DD (donor, donor) hydrogen-bonding pattern of the substituted ureas even in polar and competitive environment. The double carbon–carbon bond in the acrylic acid derivative is subjected to photoisomerization. This is dependent on the association with substituted urea derivatives. Objectives This study aimed to investigate the levels of acceptance and factors affecting the decisions among Saudi parents and caregivers of children under 12 for getting them vaccinated. Design and setting A cross-sectional survey of 1000 caregivers and parents was carried out from May 2021 to June 2021. The participants were from the eastern, central, southern, western, and northern provinces of Saudi Arabia. Materials and methods The data were collected and managed using Microsoft Excel (Microsoft® Corp., Redmond, WA) and analyzed using SPSS version 23 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY). Results Of the 1000 respondents, 281 (28.1%) reported they would vaccinate their children, 346 (34.6%) rejected vaccination, and 373 (37.3%) were not sure.
