10:00 a.m. Worship Service LBIC Senior Class Members (1st Sunday Communion) On Sunday, November 4th, Rev. Shook delivered a moving homily in which he described the need for Christians to be kind, thoughtful and to not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some of us have entertained angels unawares. Following the service many Chapel members attended a tailgate luncheon to welcome back our snowbirds. In the festively decorated fellowship hall Chapel members enjoyed good food, spirited conversation and a special tribute to the “Senior Class” – those members who have achieved the 90 + year milestone. In total there are 11 Senior Class members in our Chapel with nine in attendance at the luncheon.
