Edward Allden is the Bernard L.. Schwartz senior fellllow at the Council on Foreign Rellations (CFR),, speciallizing in U..S.. competitiveness.. His expertise inclludes U..S.. immigration and visa pollicies,, U..S.. trade pollicy,, and the impact of homelland security pollicies on U..S.. economic competitiveness.. Mr..
