www.swcenter.edu/cooking (276) 619-4300 Come and uncork Charlottesville with us on our annual two day excursion along the Monticello Wine Trail. We will travel by luxury coach, with hostess, Katherine Rose of Katbird’s Wine and Gourmet, who will present a program on the art of tasting wine.

Enjoy educational tours and tastings at three outstanding vineyards as wine makers share their pride in Virginia’s wine-making heritage. In addition to the wineries, we will visit a well-known Virginia Cidery. A private lunch with tasting will be provided at on the rst day. As an added treat, Chef Spencer Crawford of Palladio Restaurant at Barboursville will prepare a special three course lunch with wine pairings. We will also enjoy a stop at Blenheim Vineyard, the popular winery owned by Dave Matthews.

The group will enjoy a night at the lovely Hyatt Place at Stoneeld, complete with full breakfast. We will walk to the popular Travinia Italian Kitchen for a private happy hour pairing of their delicious appetizers with selected ne wines.
