We will travel by luxury coach, with hostess, Katherine Rose of Katbird’s Wine and Gourmet, who will present a program on the art of tasting wine. Enjoy educational tours and tastings at three outstanding vineyards as wine makers share their pride in Virginia’s wine-making heritage. In addition to the wineries, we will visit a well-known Virginia Cidery. A private lunch with tasting will be provided at Trump Winery on the rst day. As an added treat, Chef Spencer Crawford of Palladio Restaurant at Barboursville will prepare a special three course lunch with wine pairings. We will also enjoy a stop at Blenheim Vineyard, the popular winery owned by Dave Matthews. The group will enjoy a night at the lovely Hyatt Place at Stoneeld, complete with full breakfast.
