The method and assumptions used to calculate the contributions set out in the Rates and Adjustments certificate are detailed in the Funding Strategy Statement dated March 2017 and our report on the actuarial valuation dated 31 March 2017. Regulation 62(8) requires a statement of the assumptions on which the certificate is given regarding the number of members, and the associated of liabilities arising, who will become entitled to payment of pensions under the regulations of the LGPS. These assumptions can be found in Appendix E of the 31 March 2016 formal valuation report dated 31 March 2017. These assumptions cover members who become entitled to payment of pension via normal retirement and ill health retirement. The outgoing Mayor welcomed the five new members of Wisbech Town Council, elected on 7 May 2015, to their first meeting of the council. 1/15 Election of Chairman of the Town Council (to be known as Town Mayor) for the municipal year 2015/16 Members decided, unanimously, on the proposal of Councillor Hill, seconded by Councillor Mrs MacRae, and there being no other nominations, that Councillor Hodgson be elected as Chairman of Wisbech Town Council and Mayor of Wisbech for the municipal year 2015/16 and that he paid an annual allowance of £3,100 in relation to the performance of that role. Mark Woods, CEO of CMAT, said: "As a Trust, we are continuing to closely follow the guidance being provided by the Government in relation to the reopening of schools. “We are working hard to be prepared to welcome more students back to our schools after June 1st, in line with the Government’s plan. However, we are not in a position to determine any specific timelines at this point. “CMAT exists to provide, support, and champion high-quality education at the heart of local communities.
