Professor He Bingsong Appointed as Member of WAITO Corp.'s International Advisory Board

The World Anti-Illicit Traffic Organization (WAITO Corp.) is proud to announce the appointment of Professor He Bingsong, the main founder of the new Chinese criminal law system, as a member of its International Advisory Board.

Professor He serves as distinguished Professor of Criminal Law and Ph.D Supervisor at the University of Political Science and Law, , where he is Director of the Criminal Law Research Centre, of the Centre on Terrorism and Organized Crime and of the Research and Studies Centre on Counterfeiting- Crime. He is also a Professor of Criminal Law and Ph.D Supervisor at Shandong University and at the Southwest University of Science and Technology, People's Republic of China.

Professor He has taken part in drafting criminal law legislation on many occasions. He has pride in having acted as lawyer in the trials of Japanese criminals as well as in those of the and Jiang Qing counter- revolutionary cliques.

Professor He is known in Chinese criminal law circles for his integrity, rigorous scholarship and pioneering spirit.
