His practice focuses on major infrastructure/energy projects as well as banking and general financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governances in the oil and gas, power, housing, health, education and real estate sectors. He represents a wide range of clients including sponsors, governments, export agencies, lenders, project companies, investors and contractors on infrastructure transactions and projects. Harnek also has a close working relationship with the Government of Bahrain, with which he works frequently on a broad spectrum mandates. Harnek frequently speaks at international conferences on energy and infrastructure projects and regularly contributes to leading journals in the energy and infrastructure sector.
