A burst of 2 gold glitter cascaded down from the 3 angel on top of the tree like 4 a sparkling waterfall. 5 When the whirl of glitter 6 stopped, the girls saw 7 a beautiful fairy 8 sitting on a 9 piece of red 10 tinsel, waving 11 at them. 12 “Hello,” she said 13 in a musical voice. 14 “I’m Destiny the 15 Rock Star Fairy.” 16 “It’s wonderful to meet 17 you!” exclaimed Kirsty. 18 19

I’ve heard so 4 much about you 5 from King 6 Oberon and 7 Queen 8 Titania!” 9 “What are 0 you doing in the 1 city?” Rachel asked. 2 “We’re here because 3 we won a contest to meet 4 the Angels.” 5 “I know all about the competition,” 6 Destiny said. “That’s why I’m here, 7 too!” 8 “What do you mean?” asked 9 Rachel.

There’s 10 music and dancing and spectacular 11 performances from some of the fairies. 12 At the end, I always do a rock show. But 13 now we may have to cancel the whole 14 concert!” 15 “Oh, no!” cried the girls. “Why?” 16 “Jack Frost decided that he wanted to 17 perform the big closing number with his 18 group,” Destiny explained. 19

He had 0 stolen the Music Fairies’ magic musical 1 instruments, so that nobody could play 2 their music correctly and his band would 3 sound the best. The girls and the Music 4 Fairies had managed to stop him just in 5 time. 6 “Jack Frost still thinks that he’s the best 7 singer in all of Fairyland,” Destiny said. 8 “He demanded top billing in the show.” 9 “What did you do?” asked Kirsty.
