We are a well established village club since 1992. Effective self defence in this day and age is an essential skill. Obviously you hope that you never have to use it. What is the most effective way to deal with an attacker down a dark alley late at night? Don’t walk down dark alleys! But sometimes you don’t have a choice. That is when your training enables you to defend yourself and others. Anyone can practice Taekwon-Do as classes are tailored to your individual needs. The club is run by Mr Adrian Gent Black Belt 5th Dan with over 43 years experience. Do you want to get fit? Do you visit our website: want to get fighting fit? Do you like a challenge?
