Garden House Garden House, which dates from the 18th Century and is Grade II listed, was renovated in 2010 and is now presented in excellent order throughout. The house is built of Hamstone under a clay-tiled roof and has enormous character, retaining many of its original features including carved stone mullion windows, stone-flagged floors, stone fireplaces, window seats and exposed beams. The ground floor comprises a large, farmhouse-style kitchen, with an adjacent day room and dining room. Beyond the dining room is the hall with doors to the study and sitting room. A further door from the dining room leads to the utility room and cloakroom, with a door leading out to a large covered terrace for outside dining. On the first floor are the master bedroom and guest bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms incorporated on mezzanine floors, two further double bedrooms and family bathroom. The loft on the second floor has been cleverly converted to provide additional living space and could, subject to obtaining the necessary consents, provide additional accommodation.

Planning Consents Detailed planning consent has been granted (Planning Reference No. 09/01480/FUL dated 18 June 2009) to build a two-storey guest annex adjacent to the house in the north east corner of the courtyard garden. The design incorporates a garden room, two bedrooms, bathroom and cloakroom. Work has already been commenced making the consent perpetual.
