Dogs chasing wildlife (or just playing) can cause significant damage to the apple crop by running under the trees. Remember that while it might be fun to watch your dogs chase our deer, if they were to catch one, it would be a criminal offence! • Horse riders are only welcome with the express permission of the

12 21 Landowner. So do not build jumps, we have to move them for the tractors to pass by. As farmers, we are legally responsible for the health and safety of everyone on the farm, invited or not. Make sure that your actions, however innocent, do not interrupt or delay farm staff in their daily tasks or place them in a position where they may unwittingly be breaking the law. In short, please act responsibly and with respect to business and crops which are a necessary part of the livelihood of hardworking members of both our villages. Thank you for your co-operation.
