N4. One of the main objectives of this study is to see how often new residents to the United States move and to see how easy or difficult it is to stay in touch with them over time.

The study requires that we talk to {namefill sampled child from preload firstnam} {you} again in 12 months to ask (him/her/him or her) (you) a few more questions. Because of the length of time in between each interview, we need to collect some information that will make it easier for an interviewer to reach (him/her/him or her) (you) when it is time to do the next interview. It is very important that we know where we may contact (him/her/him or her) (you) the next time. I'd like to start by asking you about your child’s current plans.

(INTERVIEWER: IF NECESSARY, REASSURE THE R OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE INFORMATION HE/SHE PROVIDES.)
