LISTING PARTICULARS U.S.$328,274,000 2015-1 Pass Through Trust Pass Through Certificates, Series 2015-1A __________________ Bosphorus Pass Through Certificates, Series 2015-1A are being offered under this offering memorandum (the “Class A Certificates” or “Certificates”). A trust (the “Trust”) has been established to issue the Class A Certificates. This offering is being made in connection with the financing of three new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft scheduled to be delivered in March 2015 and April 2015 (each, an “Aircraft”). The proceeds from the sale of the Class A Certificates will initially be held in escrow. The Trust will use the escrowed funds to acquire equipment notes (the “Equipment Notes”) to be issued by Bosphorus 2015 LLC, as issuer (the “Issuer”). Proceeds from the sale of the Equipment Notes will be used by the Issuer to fund the acquisition of the Aircraft each of which the Issuer will lease to Türk Hava Yolları A.O. (“Turkish Airlines”) under a separate finance lease agreement (each, a “Lease” and a “Lease Agreement”). Payments under each Lease will be used to make payments on the related Equipment Notes held in the Trust, which payments will be passed through to the holders of the Class A Certificates. Interest on the Equipment Notes will be payable semi-annually on 15 March and 15 September of each year after issuance, commencing on 15 September 2015. Issue N°215. 06/02/2020 European flights recorded their lowest growth rate since 2013 with a fractional EUROCONTROL Statistics and Forecasts 2 increase of 0.8% in 2019 compared with 2018. Deteriorating conditions across the months in 2019 (airline bankruptcies, Other Statistics and Forecasts 4 economic slowdown, B737 MAX Airports 7 grounding, environmental awareness) explained. Preliminary data for January Oil 9 2020 show flights declining by 1.0% on January 2019. Aircraft Manufacturing 9 Boeing recorded a net negative order of 87 Environment 10 commercial aircraft in 2019 (vs. 893 in 2018) and 380 aircraft deliveries, down Cargo 10 53% on 2018 because of the B737 MAX grounding in mid-March 2019. Fares 11 EU carbon prices averaged €24.7/tonne in 2019 and were up 57% from €15.7/tonne in 2018. Ticket prices in Europe were on average 1.1% more expensive in 2019 compared with 2018. Oil prices were relatively stable in 2019 compared with other volatile years and averaged €57 per barrel. Deteriorating conditions across the months in 2019 - eight airline bankruptcies, trade tensions, slow economic growth, B737 MAX grounding and environmental concerns - explained. A slowing growth across the months was in line with the low forecast published in February 2019 until September and below the low scenario in the last quarter. -

JAPAN IN SUMMER: BIRDS & CULTURE MAY 28-JUNE 10, 2021 ©2020 Mount Fuji © Kaz Shinoda VENT’S Japan in Summer tour boasts a singularly marvelous combination of birding and cultural experiences. Japan is a land steeped in rich cultural heritages, and with a long, complex history and intricate rituals that survive—and thrive—to this day. On this tour we will travel from the capital, Tokyo, to three of Japan’s staggering 22 UNESCO World Heritage sites. These will include Nikko, Mount Fuji, and Shiretoko Peninsula on the northern island of Hokkaido, where the local people still live in close relationship with nature. The main cultural attraction of Nikko is the Toshogu Shrine, whose founding preceded the establishment of the United States by more than a century-and-a-half. Toshogu includes no less than five “National Treasures of Japan” and a further three “Important Cultural Properties.” Toshogu is a sprawling shrine complex surrounded by ancient trees and set in a lush, beautiful mountain forest. Mount Fuji is Japan’s tallest and, by far, most famous mountain. An almost perfectly symmetrical stratovolcano, its recognizable silhouette is an ubiquitous image in Japan, denoting its long-standing reverence as a sacred mountain. Japan in Summer, Page 2 Around Nikko and Mount Fuji, the tour will cross the habitats of some of Japan’s endemics, such as the Japanese Green Pheasant, Japanese Woodpecker, Japanese Accentor, and Japanese Wagtail. In addition, we will look for several more Asian specialty birds including the Eastern Crowned, Sakhalin Leaf, and Japanese Leaf warblers; Narcissus and Blue-and-white flycatchers; Brown-headed and Japanese thrushes; and Masked, Meadow, Chestnut-eared, and Yellow buntings, to name but a few.
