fibre insulation boards Insulation material made of wooden soft fibres is a modern and environmentally acceptable way of insulation.

22 Advantages of wood fibre insulation boards

Customized order quantities

The quantity needed by you will be delivered. Your order quantity will only be rounded up to one pair of boards (2 boards) according to the production needs, as common in the production of Gluelam. As you do not have to order full palettes you may save costs. • less “scraps” • no additional fees for smaller units

The insulation board may be used on both sides!

Due to the assembling like a sandwich we achieve an augmented surface strength on both sides. Thanks to the augmented surface strength the wood fibre insulation board does not have an upper or lower side. Because of this the panels may be placed effectively and with less cut-off. Increase compressive strenght on both sides outside

Increased density in the outer area

Water-repellent

Except of the Flex 50 all wood fibre insulation boards are treated with paraffin wax.

Slip resistant

Due to a special coating with latex the TOP 180 has a slip resistant surface. Our target is to assure more safety for the work on the roof.

Reduction of dust

A dust separation tool is used for the production – this assures a reduction of dust during the handling.

Edge Profiles

Wood fibre insulation boards are produced with different edge profiles respectively angles. stump edge tongue and groove 23 Overview Wood fibre insulation boards
