Bylaw changes recommended

A bylaw revision that will change membership meeting dates and the in• stallation date for new officers and direc• tors is recommended by the SSYC Board of Directors. Other changes recommended deal with balloting procedures for elections, assessments and reinstatement upon completion of military service. All mem• bers will receive a copy of the recom• mended changes prior to the Oct. 24 Annual Membership Meeting when mem• bers will vote on the changes.
