Burgers

The Peabody burger is a blend we have ground locally with an Angus chuck and hickory smoked bacon blend. The rest of our burgers are from the 44 Farms from Texas and is Angus ground sirloin.

The Peabody - 5 oz. of our Peabody Grind, Ground Chuck and Bacon on a sourdough Bun with Mayo, , Ketchup, Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Pickle. Meat is ground locally. Add an extra patty for a robust flavor!

Clock Tower Burger - Stacked Tall with two of our 5 oz. Peabody Grind Patties topped with onion rings, bacon and Scott’s BBQ sauce and your choice of cheese.

Burger44 – 5 oz. patty, from 44 Farms with your choice of toppings on a sourdough bun.

Pioneer Burger – Two 5 oz. patties on a sourdough Bun with Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, onion and pickle.

Golden Tide Burger – Two 5 oz. patties, pound of 44 farms topped the garden and smothered with our own Golden Tide Cheese Sauce on top of an order of crisp wedgie fries served upside down sourdough bun.

Patti’s Meltdown - From San Diego, believe it or not, we make the classic Patty Melt with a two 5oz. patties, top it with grilled onions, mustard and aged Swiss cheese on thick sliced grilled Rye.

Taco Burger - We season two 5 oz. patties and top it with tomato, onion, fresh jalapeno, black olives, sriracha sauce, shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese or cheese sauce on a sourdough Bun.

Medusa Burger - This burger is an explosion of flavors. We use a 5 oz. patty, add strips of grilled gyros meat, onion, tomato and tzatziki. It will surprise you and fill you up.

Chicago Dog Burger - An entire on a 5 oz. patty served with a handful of fries.

Pizza Burger – A 5 oz. patty topped with our pizza sauce, and your choice of toppings (pepperoni, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and black olives), topped with sauce and cheese!

Nacho Average Taco Salad - Seasoned ground beef with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, black olives, with optionl jalapeno and Sriracha Sauce on fries or chips.

Tempura Shrimp Santa Fe Taco - A perfectly fried Tempura battered shrimp wrapped in a warm tortilla, filled with cabbage and tomato and topped with our lemonopeno sauce.

Empanadas - Two Bean and Cheese Empanadas Fried Golden and served with your choice of sauce.

Specialty Sandwiches

Vienna - What is an Italian beef ? It's a slow roasted bottom round roast covered in Italian seasonings. We use Vienna beef, the #1 brand in Chicago. The bread comes from a specific bakery in Chicago. It's designed to absorb the juice (Italians call it gravy) and not fall apart. Yes, we dip the entire sandwich, suggested if not requested. The topping, known as gardeniare (jard-en-air) is a mix of vegetables in olive oil. We have ours set to a medium heat level bearable by most but adds incredible flavors. Each neighborhood in Chicago has a variation including, mozzarella cheese, sauteed green peppers and onions, marinara, American cheese, provolone cheese, and south sider's mild sauce. We do them all.

Corned Beef - Not truly from New York or Chicago, the Corned Beef or (Rueben when you add dressing) is from Utah. Ours is the classic with thick sliced beef, sauerkraut, horseradish and yellow mustard on hearty Rye Bread and you can add 1000 island dressing for the Rueben. Served with a pickle spear.

Maxwell Street Polish - We make our Vienna Polish the same way it was made back in the day at the Maxwell Street Market. Split and grilled topped with grilled onion and mustard with a pickle on the side.

Philly Cheesesteak - If you've ever been to Philly then you know there's only one way to make a Cheesesteak, Fresh sliced ribeye with grilled green peppers and onions with lots of cheese whiz, instead, we make our own cheese sauce in house and add mushrooms.

Italian Hoagie - One of our most popular sandwiches the Italian Hoagie roll is covered in our vinaigrette topped with pepperoni, salami, ham, purple onion, black olives, tomato and the popped in the pizza oven to melt the provolone cheese before adding the spring mix lettuce.

Grilled Cheese - We take to the next level literally adding another level, with 2 layers of your choice of cheese and bread. Add Ham, Salami or Bacon for a heartier sammich or make it a GCBLT. Served with pickle spear.

Gyros - The classic Greek lamb sandwich served on pita bread with onion, tomato and Scott's Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese.

NOLA Shrimp Po’ Boy - Our take on the New Orleans Shrimp Po Boy, loaded with seasoned shrimp and topped with a fresh lettuce blend, tomato, pickle and our lemonopeno sauce.

Chicago Style Hot Dog - Chicago's Iconic Vienna Hot Dog with the official ingredients brought in from the big city, INCLUDES a handful of fries!

P Dollar Hoagie – A local’s favorite, Italian Beef Roast and Ham on a hoagie topped with onion, tomato, horseradish and mayonnaise and served with a side of lettuce.

Chef Salad - We do our Chef Salad a little differently. Basically, we through the whole garden that we have in stock, you just tell us what you do not want on it.

Julienne Salad - We do our Julienne Salad like our Chef Salad, a little differently. We throw the whole garden that we have in stock, you just tell us what you do not want on it. The Julienne has Pepperoni, Ham, Salami and Bacon added.

Side Salad - Create your own salad and choose four of the fresh ingredients below and a dressing.

Tempura Shrimp Salad - Spinach with mushroom, jalapeño, scallions, tomato, 3 Tempura Shrimp topped our lemonopeno sauce and Parmesan off the wheel.

Greek Salad - Lettuce, Tomato, Green Pepper, Black Olives, Cucumber and topped with Feta Cheese.

Pizza

We produce our own dough and sauce and are committed to using Grande Brand cheeses, including our signature Provolone/Mozzarella blend. We go to great lengths to stock the freshest, highest quality ingredients, all are made, sliced or chopped in house whenever possible.

Supreme - Pepperoni, Sausage, Onions, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Black Olives

Merciless - Ranch dressing as a base topped with pepperoni and grilled chicken tossed in Louisiana hot sauce with mushroom and jalapeno with our mozzarella provolone blend and a sauce garnish.

Meat Paradise - All the meats piled on, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Ham, Salami and Bacon, topped with our Grande Blend Mozzarella cheese.

BBQ Chicken - Our own award-winning BBQ sauce topped with purple onion and roasted chicken breast.

Chicken Bacon Ranch - Our smoked chicken on ranch sauce and topped with hickory smoked bacon and cheese.

The Judge - Extra Sauce is the base on this very tasty pie, much like a muffuletta sandwich this is full of salt and spice. Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Onion, Black and Green Olives and topped with Salami.

The Jake - A strange but popular concoction includes Ground Beef, Bacon, Buffalo Sauce, Ranch.

Taco Pizza - We use 3 cheese sauce as a base top it with our seasoned blend of beef, onion, fresh tomato chunks, black olives, jalapenos, topped with shredded cheddar, with lettuce.

Vegetarian - We throw it all on there, you just tell us what you don't want. All fresh vegetables topped with mozzarella and a touch of parmesan. Please allow an extra 10 minutes for this pizza as most vegetables are chopped on the fly.

Hawaiian – Our sauce, sliced ham, pineapple straight from flower, and bacon are the traditional Hawaiian pizza.

Italian Beef Pizza - Fresh pizza sauce covered with Vienna Italian Beef, cheese and covered in our house made gardenaire. Please allow an extra 10 minutes to cook the crust for this pizza.

Medusa Pizza - We par bake the dough to resemble pita bread, top it with tzatziki sauce, gyros meat, chopped tomatoes and onion with a little Grande Blended Cheese to hold it together. Please allow an extra 10 minutes to cook the crust for this pizza. Pizza Olio - Choose your crust and we smother it in olive oil and top it with, seasonings, tomato and grilled squash on request, with just enough Grande Blended Mozzarella to cover.

Philly Cheesesteak Pizza - Our freshly cut ribeye with grilled onion and green peppers topped with 3 cheese sauce and a handful of our Grande mozzarella blend. Please allow an extra 10 minutes to cook the crust for this pizza.

Pesto Pizza - Our version of the Margarita Pizza, dabbles of sauce covered in pesto and topped with our Grande Blended Mozzarella and a touch of Grande Asiago Cheese.

California Supreme - A blend of spinach, artichoke, chicken, sun-dried tomato, ricotta and asiago cheeses make this one of our most flavorful pizzas.

Nancy’s Supreme - A take on the Supreme with seasoned chicken as the main course, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and black olives.
