Banks’ performance indicators are analyzed. Structural similarities of banks’ development are examined. A cluster analysis is applied to determine banks with the similar structure of operations. This analysis allows to estimate how the structure of the Russian banking sector in comparison with the Turkish one has been changing over time. In particular, it allows to identify prevailing behavioral patterns of Russian commercial banks and Turkish deposit banks and to analyze stability of banks’ position in a particular pattern in a country. The services such as the provision of safe deposit facilities for money, the provision of credit and the provision of efficient money transmission services, i.e., the uninterrupted provision of payment facilities are essential and important for continuity of banking services to the economy. -

First, the vibrations observed in the structure are summarized together with the data measured on site by accelerometers, GPS etc. Through studies about the efficiency of possible anti-vibration devices, appropriate considerations have been adopted and those are working very properly so far.
