THE DAWSON 16 OLD FORESTER BOURBON

HISTORY

Old Forester, our house bourbon, is the longest running bourbon on the market since 1870, including during Prohibition. This whisky’s mash bill is a touch higher in rye than most other bourbons, balancing out the subtle sweetness with a dry, peppery finish.

We highly recommend these bourbons on their own... especially our house barrel. But the Signature truly shines in either our house or classic cocktails. SPIRITS
