 Commitment in Strategic Commissioning Plan 2019-22 to support more people to remain at home and in their community

 As part of the ‘Investing to Modernise’ £18m capital funding identified to re-provide alternative facilities to manage new and changing demands on existing services  Phase 1 – – report to Social Work Committee 20 June 2018  Phase 2 – Clydesdale - paper to Social Work Committee 28 November 2018  Phase 3 - Assurance given at Social Work Committee (8 May 2019) to develop services in the Larkhall/Stonehouse area

• Similar approach being adopted for the Larkhall/Stonehouse area as Clydesdale • Options group set up for Larkhall/Stonehouse • Work at a very early stage / no firm options as yet • Comprehensive needs analysis and mapping ongoing • All proposals taken back to Social Work Committee for consideration • Ongoing discussion and communication with Elected Members will be a key part of finalising this
