***Upon the conclusion of the House 46 special primary runoff election and House 72 special primary election, the Secretary of State, pursuant to Amendment 97 of the Alabama Constitution of 1901, made a finding that a legally qualified for election to each vacancy was unopposed. Therefore, under that amendment, the special general election for each of these vacancies was not to be held and the unopposed candidate was to be issued a certificate of election.
