Originals of several letters and certificates have been moved to the vault and photocopies left in corresponding folders. Folders containing a passport, a war ration book, an official ballot, and IWW membership cards have been moved to the vault. History Bruce Duncan Phillips (1935-2008), better known as Utah Phillips, was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 15, 1935.
