PERFIL DE GUANGZHOU Es la capital de la provincia de Guangdong. Su población es de 3.152.825 habitantes en la 6 ciudad en sí y de 9.496.800 habitantes en toda el área municipal situada sobre el río de las Perlas, Guangzhou es la ciudad más importante del sur de China. Su posición estratégica, muy cerca de Hong Kong, ha permitido que la ciudad se desarrolle con rapidez. Aproximadamente unos 60 millones de habitantes hablan el Chino Cantonés, dialecto escrito igual que el chino mandarín pero con una pronunciación distinta. TIPS DE NEGOCIO FORMALIDADES DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA Para entrar en China se requiere pasaporte (con un período de validez de al menos seis meses) y visado expedido por una Embajada o Consulado chino. Las modalidades posibles de visado son: de turista, de negocios y de estudios. Los trámites de solicitud se han simplificado en los últimos tiempos. Para el visado de turista es necesario únicamente declarar el motivo de la visita, duración e itinerario. Los visados son válidos para dos, tres meses y para una o varias entradas. Se pueden obtener extensiones en la República Popular China en el Buró de Seguridad Pública de China. REQUISITOS PARA LA APLICACIÓN DE LA VISA CHINA 1. Llenar el Formulario de Solicitud de Visado de la República Popular China. 2. Pasaporte (vigente no menos de 6 meses antes de presentarlo). Asimismo tiene que tener su pasaporte como mínimo 2 hojas disponibles al momento de presentarlo. No incluir la última hoja. 7 3. Foto Tamaño Pasaporte (1). 4. Fotocopia del Pasaporte (1). 5. Fotocopia D.N.I. (1). 6. Carta de Presentación del lugar donde labora en hoja membretada de su empresa. Indicando los siguiente: (a) Nombre completo; (b) Cargo que ocupa en la empresa; (c) Indicar desde cuando labora en la empresa; (d) Indicar su remuneración mensual; (e) Motivo del viaje; (f) Firmado no por la persona que aplica a la visa china. (g) Dirigido al Consulado General de la Embajada de la República Popular China. 7. Carta de Invitación de la empresa o feria en China (Original y Copia). En la carta de invitación debe incluir: (a) nombre y apellidos completos; (b) nacionalidad; (c) cargo; (d) número de pasaporte; (e) motivo del viaje; (f) días de permanencia en China. 8. Para obtener el ingreso de dos entradas debe estar sustentado en su ticket aéreo. 15. WIRE & CABLE GUANGZHOU REPORTE DE FERIAS EN CHINA 2014 HORARIO LOCAL Y DÍAS FESTIVOS La administración pública trabaja de lunes a viernes desde las 8:30 hasta las 17:30, con un intervalo para comer de una hora y media o dos horas que suele comenzar a las 11:30 o a las 12:00. Los bancos en general trabajan de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:00, con el mismo intervalo para comer. Los comercios tienen un horario muy amplio, con frecuencia todos los días de la semana de 9:00 a 21:00. Los días festivos son los siguientes: 1 de enero: Año Nuevo Variable: Fiesta de la Primavera -Año Nuevo Lunar- (3 días). Suele ser entre finales de Enero y finales de Febrero 1 de mayo: Día Internacional del Trabajo. 1 y 2 de octubre: Días Nacionales. ZONA HORARIA Tiempo utilizado en toda China es de tiempo estándar, Guangzhou, que es de 8 horas antes de la hora GMT, 13 horas antes de la hora estándar del Este y 16 horas antes de la hora estándar del Pacífico. 9 CLIMA El clima en Guangzhou es muy húmedo, llueve casi a diario. Aunque el cielo está continuamente nublado, se siente bochorno. TAXIS Y OTROS TRANSPORTES INTERNOS En los últimos años ha aumentado mucho el número de taxis circulando en las grandes ciudades y ya no es problema encontrar uno, incluso a altas horas de la noche. Todos los taxis disponen de taxímetro. Dado que la mayoría de los taxistas no hablan más que chino es recomendable salir siempre del hotel con las señas del lugar al que se quiere ir escritas en chino, o bien hacer que el portero del hotel se lo explique al taxista. En las grandes ciudades existen compañías de alquiler de automóviles, estatales o pertenecientes a los propios hoteles. WIRE & CABLE GUANGZHOU REPORTE DE FERIAS EN CHINA 2014 El precio por semana, incluyendo chófer y kilometraje ilimitado oscila entre 250 y 450 euros. Existen 13 líneas de metro en Pekín, Shanghai, Cantón y Tianjin.

In order to make this edition of MSRE an exhibition platform with a strong influence upon the countries and regions along the Belt and Road, provide all exhibitor groups and exhibitors with meticulous and thoughtful services, and ensure that MSRE is held successfully in good order, this exhibitor’s manual (hereinafter referred to as the “manual”) has been prepared for all exhibitor groups and exhibitors. Please read this manual carefully to get familiar with the preparation procedure and prepare for exhibition in advance. In order to complete set-up, exhibition and break-down tasks more effectively, please fill up relevant forms in this manual carefully, and fax or mail it back by the specified deadline using the contact information provided in the forms.     PREFACE Welcome to the 126th session of China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Canton Fair). Since its 101st session in April 2007, the Canton Fair has established an International Pavilion specially tailored for overseas exhibitors. The International Pavilion of Canton Fair will be held in two phases, i.e. Phase 1 and Phase 3 in the 126th session as per exhibit categories. Phase 1 will be held in Hall 9.3 in Area B and Hall 5.2 in Area A of the Canton Fair Complex respectively from Oct. 15-19, 2019, with a total exhibition area of 13,000 square meters. Exhibits will be displayed as per exhibit classification in 3 sub-sections which include Electronics and Electrical Household Appliance, Building Material and Hardware, Machinery Equipment. Phase 3 will be held in Hall 11.2 in Area B and Hall 15.1 in Area C of the Canton Fair Complex from Oct. 31- Nov. 4, 2019, with a total exhibition area of 7,000 square meters. Food & Drink and Household Items will be exhibited in Hall 11.2 in Area B, and Fabrics and Home Textiles will be in Hall 15.1 in Area C respectively. In this session, Baby and Kid Products and Daily Chemical Products will be displayed in the section of Household Items. Being developed for over 62 years, the Canton Fair has already grown to be a mature trade fair which maintains about 200,000 loyal overseas buyers. It has become a platform for overseas exhibitors to demonstrate company strength, upgrade brand image, and exchange latest information.
