To provide a platform of activities which will allow the youngsters to become familiarized with a set of special characteristics of the area which are not taught in their official educational programme with the support and help of old people who possess the relevant knowledge.
Through this process, the youngster will have the chance to •study their local history and heritage. •take homework and gather information regarding each session, •collect traditional recipes and folklore music, •do research regarding the tradition of the area, former way of life, the historical monuments, the traditional entrepreneurship, agriculture, nature and tourism.

Outcomes of the Experiment • To bridge the generation gap through the exchange of knowledge and demonstration of old traditional techniques, traditional local culture, heritage and lifestyle.
• The elders had the chance to participate by: demostrating the techniques used in the past, the traditional lifestyle, the local gastronomy and traditional handcraft, narrating the history of the area, presenting important natural and historical monuments.
• To highlight the potential of the region with its strong points
