Another person who worked on the acquisi- tion of land for the HV line, besides Aishat Tekeyeva and Asyat Mezhidova, was Mariya Dyachenko, Repre- sentative of CPC-R CJSC for Communications with Re- gional and Local Authorities in the Krasnodar Region. Mariya was on a long-term business trip in the city of Kropotkin. She worked on obtaining the documents necessary for signing lease agreements for land par- cels, as well as prepared agreements, facilitated state registration and communicated with the contrac- tor in case of any disagreements in construction. A huge amount of work on communications with the regional authorities was done by Vitaly Iskanderov, Representative of CPC-R CJSC for Communications with Regional and Local Authorities in the Stavropol Krai. “The Working Group succeeded thanks to their well-coordinated team work and commitment to the result. ONE DAY MOSCOW WAS COVERED BY ICE RAIN AND IT TURNED INTO AN ICE KINGDOM. TREADING CARE- FULLY ON THE ICE-COVERED PAVEMENT, PEOPLE HURRIED HOME AFTER WORK. OLGA WAS AMONG THEM, BUT AS SOON AS SHE GOT HOME SHE IMMEDI- ATELY WENT OUT AGAIN, THIS TIME WITH A CAMERA.

- I am enchanted by the elements, their power and force. Natural phenomena are completely beyond human influence. Professional photographers often say, “The worse the weather, the better the pictures”, says Olga commenting on her choice of subject.

She has been carrying her camera around with her since childhood, taking pictures of school activities, trips outside town and city walks. She has always pro- cessed the photos herself with her home photo equip- ment set. Today, with the emergence of digital technol- ogy, and photo processing software, the opportunities for creative self-expression have become endless.
