OWN PRODUKTION
In the year 2017, it was before we opened our restaurant, we started our collaboration with various Swiss Organic farmers. Since then and on our behalf, they cultivate various products for us, which we need for our Mexican restaurant. This is the reason, why the chillies may vary in taste, degree of spiciness or colour. They are natural products and it depends on many factors. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
