Senator Jim Whelan, who knew Mr. Tyner for several decades, told The Boardwalk Journal that Hank Tyner was “the quintessential public servant” and was a “true Atlantic City legend.” Mr. Tyner is survived by his wife ENTRY & SLIDINg Beatrice, his ten children and eighteen grandchildren.
