Traffic Advice New Rail Feeder Public Transport Services and Fare Intermodal Discount Arrangements to tie in with the Commissioning of South Island Line (East) Members of the public are advised that MTR South Island Line (East) (“SIL(E)”) will be commissioned on 28 December 2016.
