The one-story section (Building C), parking lot, and separate boiler house were not included in the tax-credit rehab project. The Southeast Neighborhood Development Corp. has renovated (2001-2002) the boiler house building as their new office. The main factory portion was built in three sections, from north to south, forming a rectangular plan along Earth Avenue. The building abuts new sidewalks along Earth Avenue and Sanders Street. There is an alley abutting the west side, with no sidewalk. There is a full basement under the two
