Choon bi (ready stance): Right command stance 1. Face east (or toward judges or front of room) in a closed stance 2. Bow toward judge/instructor, then return to vertical 3. Left hand in pull-back position 4. Step out with right foot into open stance, and at same time, 5. Right hand closed, bring toward right shoulder, forearm at 45° across chest 6. “Ready, sir/ma’am!”

The form 1. Right foot steps right to middle stance facing east; left horizontal elbow strike (left fist goes to right collarbone), right back elbow 2. Tension square block to north 3. Double step to left side to middle stance facing; right horizontal elbow strike (right fist goes to left collar bone), left back elbow 4. Tension square block to south 5. Move left foot to right into low closed stance, twin punch with tension in front of forehead

6. Leap one stance length east to right X-stance, right high punch to east 7. Right downward elbow strike 8. Circle double knifehand low block to east

9. Left foot steps back to right front stance to east, left reverse high circle hooking “C” block 10. Right high circle hooking “C” block 11. Left high reverse vertical punch 12. #2 left outer axe kick, land in left front stance

13. Left knifehand low block 14. Right high reverse circle knifehand block 15. Left foot moves south 1 shoulder width. Right foot moves up to shield left in left one-legged stance to east, left arc hand strike to east 16. In a continuous motion, no step, high right upward elbow to left palm 17. Tension left knifehand high, right low open hand high-low block to sides

18. Right foot steps south 1 sparring stance length, left foot steps behind to right X-stance; right reinforced inner forearm block to south. 19. In a continuous motion, right high backfist to south 20. Right high horizontal hammerfist strike 21. Left foot steps back to left back stance, circle high double knifehand block to south

22. Left inner crescent kick to south. Kihap. Land in right foot in closed stance to north. 23. Right reverse hook kick to south, and without setting down foot … 24. Right round kick to south, and … 25. Land in left back stance, right high block to south 26. Right foot pulls back to left rear stance, right downward palm block to south 27. Right foot steps south to middle stance, right high punch to south

28. Left foot steps west 90° counterclockwise to left back stance facing east; right inward palm block, middle section 29. Left high reverse punch 30. Right high upset knifehand strike

31. Right foot steps behind left to left X-stance, right downward knifehand strike 32. Right front kick 33. Replace right foot back to left X-stance. Left foot steps west to middle stance, #1 right side kick 34. Land in middle stance, circle low double outer forearm block 35. Face west, shift left foot to right back stance, circle high double knifehand block

36. #2 right round kick (low or middle) to west, and, rotating counterclockwise, and without setting down foot … 37. Right round kick to south and, rotating counterclockwise, and without setting down foot … 38. Right round kick to east

39. Land in right sparring stance facing north, circle downward double middle knifehand strike to north (left hand vertical low at solar plexus, right fingertips high, even with shoulder) 40. Right foot pulls to left rear stance, slow left high “9” block (right arm goes high-to-low) 41. Jump 180° counterclockwise to left sparring stance to north. Circle downward double middle knifehand strike to north (right hand low, left hand high) 42. Left foot pulls to right rear stance, slow right high “9” block (left arm goes high-to-low). Kihap

43. Step to north with left foot, right jump reverse inner crescent kick (“tornado kick”) to north (gain 1 rear stance north) 44. Land in middle stance with circle downward double middle knifehand strike (left hand low, right hand high) to north

45. Pull right foot to left. Turn counterclockwise 90° into right back stance (facing east). Left knifehand strike (high). 46. Jump spin 180° clockwise. While in air, left knifehand strike (high) to east. 47. Land in right back stance while executing left high reverse punch to east

Bah ro (return to ready stance): Right command stance 1. Right foot pulls back to level with left foot, in open stance 2. Left hand in pull-back position. Right hand closed, bring toward left shoulder, forearm at 45° across chest

Shi uh (at ease) 1. Draw feet together in closed stance 2. Open hands, place on hips 3. Bow toward judge/instructor, then return to vertical
