Choon bi (ready stance): Left command stance 1. Face east (or toward judges or front of room) in a closed stance 2. Bow toward judge/instructor, then return to vertical 3. Right hand in pull-back position 4. Step out with left foot into open stance, and at same time, 5. Left hand closed, bring toward right shoulder, forearm at 45° across chest 6. “Ready, sir/ma’am!”

The form 1. Left foot steps forward to middle stance facing southeast. Left double inner forearm block. 2. Right upset with retraction to high section 3. Left palm upset block to high section 4. Right punch to middle section 5. Left punch to middle section

6. Left foot shifts to right back stance, facing east, advanced double knifehand block 7. Circular low double knifehand block 8. While rotating forward into a middle stance facing south, look east, right #2 stomp kick 9. Right back fist to high section with recoil 10. Left foot steps to closed stance, right #3 side kick to east middle or high section

11. Right foot lands to left foot in closed stance facing north, right high/low block. Eyes look north. 12. Left high/low block 13. Right foot steps to right to left rear stance, right knifehand low block, with tension

14. Right #1 front kick (to north) middle or high section. Land in middle stance facing west, eyes to north. 15. Left foot steps to closed stance. Right #1 jump hook kick to north middle or high section. 16. Land in right stance to north, right nine block to north

17. Left foot pulls to right in closed stance. Step to south into left back stance. Square Block with left hand closed and right hand open, eyes to south 18. Eyes to east, right upset knifehand to east high section. Keep left hand in high block. 19. Right foot shifts to right front stance, left reverse vertical punch to south middle section

20. Right #3 jump front kick to south middle or high section 21. Land in right front stance, left reverse palm heel strike to south high section 22. Right foot pulls to left in closed stance with body facing east, eyes to south. Right low inward inner forearm block to south. 23. Left foot moves counterclockwise to middle stance facing west (left foot at south point), eyes to south, left horizontal back strike to south middle section 24. Left knifehand strike to south high section. Kihap

25. Right foot steps to left foot to closed stance facing south (both feet at south point). Knifehand high X-block to south (left hand closer to head). 26. Left knifehand strike to south high section 27. Left strike (left palm simulates pulling down opponent’s head from behind and strikes on raised knee and stops). Step down to right foot back into closed stance. \ 28. Right foot steps west to left rear stance. Right ridgehand block with tension (3 seconds) to high section (left fist in pullback position) 29. Without retracting hand, right horizontal spearhand strike to west high section, slow (2 seconds) 30. Left foot steps through to west, right spin hook kick to west middle or high section 31. Land in middle stance facing north, eyes to west, left low block to west 32. Left circular inner forearm block to high section 33. Left punch to middle section

34. Right foot steps to closed stance, left #3 side kick (tension) to west, knee level 35. Left round kick to middle section. Do not set foot down. 36. Without putting foot down, left round kick to middle or high section 37. Land in right back stance to west, low double outer forearm block with left hand open, right hand closed

38. Left foot pulls to right, pivot counterclockwise to closed stance to south, left knifehand high/low block 39. Right knifehand high/low block

40. Left back stance, facing east, double outer forearm block 41. Right foot steps to left foot to left #3 advance jump side kick 42. Left back stance, facing east, double outer forearm block

43. Left reverse punch to east middle section 44. Circular low double outer forearm block to east 45. Right foot steps back 180 degrees counterclockwise to right back stance, advanced double outer forearm block to east 46. Right reverse punch to east middle section 47. Circular low double outer forearm block

Bah ro (return to ready stance): Left command stance 1. Left foot pulls forward to level with right foot, in open stance 2. Right hand in pull-back position. Left hand closed, bring toward right shoulder, forearm at 45° across chest

Shi uh (at ease) 1. Draw feet together in closed stance 2. Open hands, place on hips 3. Bow toward judge/instructor, then return to vertical
