This study aims to assess the use of bioresources of Giam Siak Kecil Bukit Batu Biosphere Reserve by the local community. The use of bioresources was characterized by the level of utilization of bioresources in the household economy. It classified into five groups; (i) subsistence group (SG), (ii) supplementary group (SpG), (iii) integrated group (IG), (iv) specialized extraction group (SEG), and (v) specialized cultivation group (SCG). The results showed that the local community used bioresources as main source of livelihood at the core zone and buffer zone. There are 36 species of fish, 17 species of non-timber, and 28 species of timber used by local community. Core area and buffer zone are dominated by SEG and SCG. In the core area, the relationship between SEG non-timber and timber is very significant. In buffer zone, the exploitation of fisheries, and timber were dominated by SEG. The correlation between the use of bioresources in the core area showed that the exploitation of non- timber and timber are very high by SEG community. It differs from congeners in having a unique combination of the following characters: relatively large and broad mouth, well-developed oral dentition with homodont teeth, 10–13 gill rakers, moderately-long dorsal spine with 15–27 serrations, 9 pectoral-fin rays, inner and outer mandibular barbels with straight margins, pectoral-spine length 15.8–20.7 % SL (standard length), dorsal-spine length 24.4–32.5 % SL, length of adipose-fin base 46.0–50.7 % SL, adipose maximum height 9.9–10.5 % SL, depth of caudal peduncle 7.1–7.5 % SL, and head depth 14.0–16.1 % SL.     ืด �าจ น้ มง ระ าป น ัฒ ะพ แล จิ ัย กว นั ส้า ืด �าจ น้ มง ระ าป น ัฒ ะพ แล จิ ัย กว นั ส้า ืด �าจ น้ มง ระ าป น ัฒ ะพ แล จิ ัย กว นั ส้า ืด �าจ น้ มง ระ าป น ัฒ ะพ แล จิ ัย กว นั ส้า ืด �าจ น้ มง ระ าป น ัฒ ะพ แล จิ ัย กว นั ส้า ชีววิทยาบางประการของปลาดุกมูลในแม่นํามูล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จามิกร พิลาศเอมอร ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาประมงนําจืดร้อยเอ็ด ต.นิเวศน์ อ.ธวัชบุรี จ.ร้อยเอ็ด ๔๕๑๗๐ บทคัดย่อ Bagrichthys macropterus (Bleeker, ) การศึกษาชีววิทยาบางประการของปลาดุกมูล 1853 ดําเนินการในเดือนตุลาคม 2543 ถึงเดือนกนยายนั 2544 โดยรวบรวมตัวอยางจากชาวประมง่ ืด ซึงจับปลา โดยข่าย อวน และลอบ ในแม่นํามูล จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ทุกเดือน รวมจํานวน 360 ตัว เป็นปลาเพศผู้จ 202 ตัว ± ้�า ± และเพศเมีย 158 ตัว มีความยาวเหยียดเท่ากบั 14.6 2.1 เซนติเมตร และมีนําหนักเฉลีนยเท่ากบั 23.92 9.99 กรัม พบวา่ ปลาดุกมูลสามารถแยกเพศจากลักษณะภายนอกได้ชัดเจนในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคมถึงกง นยายนั โดยปลา ม เพศผู้จะมีอวัยวะแสดงเพศเรียวยาวและแหลมตอนปลาย ส่วนเพศเมียอวัยวะเพศคะ ่อนข้างกลม มีสัดส่วนเพศ ในธรรมชาติเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมีย เท่ากบั 1 : 0.78 กระเพาะอาหารของปลาดุกมูลมีรูปรร ่างกลมมน ผนังหนาสีขาวขุ่น ป พบตัวอ่อนแมลงและลูกปลาในกระเพาะ สมการความสัมพันธ์ระหวา ่างความยาวและนําหนักปลาดุกมูลคือ log W log L R2 , p log W log L = 2.7198 - 1.812 ( = 0.90 < 0.05) ปลาดุกมูลเพศผู้คือน = 2.5723 - 1.654 R2 , p log W log L R2 , p ( = 0.89 < 0.05) และปลาดุกมูลเพศเมียคือ ัฒ = 2.8026 - 1.897 ( = 0.92 < 0.05) ช่วงฤดู ± วางไข่อยู่ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงเดือนกนยายนั พ ปลาดุกมูลเพศเมีย ความยาวเฉลีย 16.5 1.2 เซนติเมตร ± ะ ± นําหนักเฉลีย 32.9 6.8 กรัม มีปริมาณความดกไข่เฉลีย 9,685 3,818 ฟอง มีความสัมพันธ์ระหวาง่ ความดก log F ล log W R2 , p ไขก่ บนํั าหนักตัวปลาคือ =ัย 0.7833แ + 2.0669 ( = 0.82 < 0.05) วจิ คําสําคัญ : ปลาดุกมูล,ัก ชีววิทยาปลา, แมนํ่ ามูล ้าน ส 2 SOME BIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF Bagrichthys macropterus (Bleeker, 1853) IN MUN RIVER UBONRATCHATHANI PROVINCE Chamikorn Pilasemorn Roi-Et Inland Fisheries Research and Development Center, Roi-Et Province, 45170, Thailand ABSTRACT A study on some biological aspects of Bagrichthys macropterus (Bleeker,1853) was conducted during October 2000 to September 2001.
