Broncos QB Peyton Manning set the NFL’s all‐time passing touchdown record in the first half with his 509th career scoring toss—an 8‐yarder to WR Demaryius Thomas in the second quarter—to pass QB Brett Favre on the NFL’s all‐time list. Manning became the eighth player since 1943 to hold the NFL record, doing so in his 246th career regular‐season game played (8,659th career attempt). He finished the game completing 22‐of‐22 passes (84.6%) for 318 yards with four touchdowns (157.2 rtg.). His 84.6 percent completion percentage represents the third‐highest figure for his career and the fourth‐highest single‐game mark in Broncos history.
